Every time we come to this store we did the staff so helpful, engaging and friendly. It’s a stand out with regards to service - a well run store that it’s a joy to walk into - thank you

I’ve been here heaps of time and had okay service today was horrible went to return a item and the guy at the counter serving me answered the phone and helped the customer on the phone instead of putting them on hold then he helped a customer to was in line behind me. The correct way would be to put the customer on the phone on hold

I'm absolutely disgusted from my latest experience in this store on Monday 24 April.

The assistant store manager Yao came out from the office to assist me. I advised that I need a hand with a paint, so we went down to the aisle. I told your employee that I'm after a touch up paint but with a brush. He said that he will need to make one, however that I have to come back later (in 15 minutes) as they are "short of staff" and can't do it now so that he can help other customers.

I'm sorry, but what was I? I needed a white paint, which generally consist of 4 colours if its colour matched. Altogether, no more than few minutes of labour to mix, yet, clearly wasn't his priority as there was another lady customer waiting for assistance.

Very disappointed is an understatement, and luckily I have both Autobarn and Repco stores near-by. Autobarn team was extremely helpful finding the very basic white and I was out in 2 minutes.

Moreover, I came to the store on Wednesday 26 April to see the store manager. Unfortunately, she wasn't around either and the assistant store manager Yao told me that he doesn't know when she's in next. Moreover, as I was leaving the store, I overheard him talking about me to another employee. Disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Very good at everything car-related: Website search, product range, convenience, parking, navigating the store, assistance when required, prices and checkout speed. Well done.

It’s been around 16 months since I started buying from Supercheap as a business… just now Josh from Narrabeen presented me with the business card that gives me facilities and discounts.

Nice food. Had number 3 burger, hit the spot! Friends burger bun was very soggy, so she didn't enjoy it as much, but the rest was good. Good range of drinks, nice atmosphere.

I needed a brand new battery for my jet ski and had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas over the phone. He was extremely helpful. When i came instore i was amazed by the service provided to me by their team leader Jacob. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I was thrilled by the level of service and will go nowhere else for my automotive needs. Thanks guys!

Quite new and bigger than others I guess. Nice layout. Shop is located on 1st floor. Staffs are helpful.

Supercheap Auto is finally at Narrabeen so when I need the best range of things for my car or bike, like new wiper blades or a special oil for the engine or gearbox, they have it and I can pre pay and just pick up saving lots of time. My favourite car needs shop by far.

It used to be my Shop of choice, but I am getting tired of either not finding things, or having to ask for things (fuel hoses) that are in stock, but no one replenished them on the shelf.
I also had to 'interrupt' staff chatting instead of them asking how they can help me numerous times.

Hoping things will improve now staffing levels will go up again.

Staff are rude! I bought a battery 5 months ago from supercheap auto north narrabeen 5 months ago the battery stop charging! I take it back to store for replacement as te battery is still under 36 months warranty! At the store they charge the battery for 2 day! They said is good now I put it back was completly flat! Its
just waist of time not recommend this shop better auto barn or repco at mona vale!

The shop is OK and the guy within the shop were nice and useful. I paid for getting lamps changed for my headlights and the service has been ok. However at the time where I needed advice and help for changing another lamp on another type of headlight on my UTE, the guy dropped the ball and did not show any intention to help. Disappointing and frustrating experience. I left the shop with the intention not to come back ever.

Very helpful with my enquiry regarding brake pads and rotors. Accurately costed most suitable components for my vehicle.
