Supercheap Auto Gregory Hills

Went down to SuperCheap GH for some new windscreen wipers, I had no idea what I was after and the staff were so helpful and fitted new ones to my car for me. Explained my options etc. I was very impressed!

Arthur was super helpful with the issue I had with my van. Going above and beyond for me as a customer when there were diagnostic scanning issues and it wouldn't scan. Arthur offered some extremely useful advice and it worked on the van. I'm super chuffed and there's always great customer service all round from the rest of the team. Thank you Arthur

Really helpful team.was looking for cleaning products and young justin helped me finding what I was after and after that signed me up for a trade card. All round was just a good bloke to have a chat too and really helpful. Keep it up mate!

The person who changed the battery has no courtesy, was kind of rude while having conversations, but did the job right.

Needed a refund as supercheap could not supply a few things. Bloke I spoke to at the start of the week assured me he would sort the refund, nothing happened. Called back Friday and spoke to Lisa and she had it sorted for me within 5mins. She was awesome to deal with. Thank you.

Wow. The staff at Gregory Hills SCA are the friendliest, most professional staff that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They must have a fantastic management team, as this level of service is unusual in today’s retail environment. 10/10. Keep up the great work. Other businesses can definitely learn from this store.

Friendly service. Staff member didn't know the answer so he asked another, more senior staff member and I got what I needed in no time.

Had to pick up some transmission oil and the young fella that served me was very helpful, kind and courteous. Thanks Supercheap Auto for employing such a great young man.

I went to Autobarn, just 100 m down the street. Better service there.

These guys price matched below spares box which meant I saved money and didn't have to wait delivery as well.

Very patient staff helped in explaining a few things for me and my dad. Also, we saved a lot of time and money we could've wasted on tires by going to SCA recently. Repairing flats is easy

If your after pretty floor mats or car wash it might be your store but the guys at the Gregory Hills store know nothing about cars. The first time they sold me the wrong oil for my power steering and lucky for me I checked with the dealership as it could have caused some damage to my car. The second time I went in for a globe for my headlight they looked up on the computer and sold me the wrong globe how can they get these simple things so wrong sorry I will never come back as they know nothing and I would hate to wreck my car on there wrong advice

Didn't have the fuse I needed but the female staff member is a champion, advised me where to get the fuse. Thanks heaps for the info, you deserve a pay rise.

Do not shop here manager will try and rip customers off Anthony the manager has no customers skills at all.

Really good spot with parking out front and huge range at a competitive price! It was great service on the phone with haddi and great service at the counter with Emma Marie!

Found the product we needed. Staff were very helpful. Assured us peace of mind by explaining their change of mind return policy. We are glad that we didn't need the use of it.
