Went to the auburn store first, but they did not have a battery I needed and they suggested I go to Chullora and confirmed with them over the phone that they have it in stock and can fit it. I rushed to Chullora, my car stalled a few times on the way there, barely made it to the store by 4: 30. Was told that they can’t fit the battery in as I arrived at 4: 30. I asked why on the phone they said that they would be able to fit it in as soon as I am in the store at 4: 30, no explanation followed. I was told they are understaffed (I counted 3 people in the store), while I was talking to the cashier the guy who I assume could have helped me was sitting at the back doing nothing.
I had to get the tools to fit the battery myself (first time doing it), took the wrong tool (the staff did not advise me correctly what tool I need) - it took me 0.5 hr to unscrew 3 bolts, finally nice random people saw my struggle and came to help. With the right tool the change took 5 min! I am pretty sure the staff could have helped me and still made it before the end of the working day, but oh well. They had plenty of time to stand outside of the store after 5pm and watch me struggle though.
Terrible customer service, would never come again.

I asked for custom paint, it's 4: 48. The guy was about to say we don't do it after 5pm, he looked at the time and was like it only 2 of us, can't do it.

Excellent service, had to pick up item and replace wiper blades. Service guy was super polite & helpful. Fitted rear wiper and as bonus, adjusted front wipers Highly recommend

Purchased a car battery at this store to replace my old battery on the car. As I did not have a spanner to loosing the two nuts holding the cross-bar to remove my old battery, I asked the sales assistant if I could borrow a spanner and return it after replacing the battery. The sales assistant asked the store supervisor if I could borrow a spanner, the supervior said 'no' but the store can replace the battery for me for $25. It is basically loosing two nuts on the cross-bar for $25. The sales assistant who served me was wonderful and helpful. However, the supervisor was the most unfriendly and unhelpful person. I would not recommend shopping at this store and I am definitely not returning to this store. I have purchased battery from REPCO before and they lend me a spanner to replace my car battery.

I just walked in knowing what I wanted however, I couldn't find it.
I walked through the stores looking for staff member but could not find any after three minutes looking.
When I found someone his willpower was below 0%.
I swear he made me walk through the store about three times and could not find the product.
Then, suddenly, he starts to try and help someone else whilst I was still following him.
Had to go as I was in a hurry.
Did not get help and did not buy what I needed.

Easy to park, get in and out quickly. Staff member needed assistance in sorting out my purchase, but the manager knew what they were doing.

Purchased a few filters for my card and ordered a reservoir, everything was smooth and the shipping was fast to the store. Thanks to Stephanie for helping me find the right items and being friendly.

Convenient location with plenty of parking. Customer service is on point and place is usually very quiet during the weekdays.

I have rung this store eleven times today, at different times all throughout the morning and not one soul has answered my call. Why display a contact number online if the phone isn’t going to be manned by someone?

After receiving a faulty product through an online order, the lady I spoke to by phone at Chullora quickly sorted the problem and arranged a new product to be available for me to pick up at my local store in Qld. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Come here if you want to get swindled. I had asked one of male cashiers beforehand what are the requirements to recycle engine oil. Requirements are 10L per customer. Sure that is fine. I come back with my cannister, (which was 13L cannister but was only three quarters full which still meet the requirements) a female Nepalese worker comes and serves me. I mentioned to her "I am here to recycle engine oil. " She looks at the cannister and says to me. That it needed to be in a jerry can. I questioned it, but bought anyway. I comeback with a jerry can to the register and asked Muhammod if it's fine for me to recycle it in a jerry can. He says it's fine, then I later asked him why it needed to be in a jerry can? He explained to me that it doesn't needed to be in a jerry can as long as its less than 10L they will take it.

*** I am not being racist or anything as she was talking to one of her colleague in Nepalese at the register***

Other than that the gentlemen who served me were nice and informative about recycling engine oil.

Great Service, left my Keycard and they called me up to come back and get it after I already was far away. Due to being a SCA Member they could find my phone number

The young girl that assisted me with the right oil for my car was so good looking it up on the computer and making sure I purchased the correct one

Location not the most convenient but the one nearest temporarily did not have the outdoor space to provide the service.

Great range and clean store, staff are super helpful. Just a shame roof racks are readily available but the mounts are a 'special' order.
Has plenty of parking with wheelchair access, wide isles and plenty of stock.
Be aware that phone reception inside the store is terrible.

I’ve never experienced such a fantastic and outstanding customer service like it at Chullora Supercheap Auto. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help me. Keep it up guys!

Relatively new store & clean. Well organised products and staff have a cool vibe. Just picked up a few items some other stores don't stock.
