Keenan was absolutely amazing, he helped me a lot with getting my front light sorted. Beyond amazing customer service, you can trust that he will do best he can to help you.

I went to another place, the guy told me that my globes were fine and it might indicate a bigger issue which freaked me out more.turns out he wasn't looking at the right place!

However Keenan was quick and smart to get it all sorted, he deserves a rise!

Staff member Mitch was amazing, his knowledge and support was above and beyond. He is a very knowledgable employee.

The male (with a hat and blond hair) who served me was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Came in to purchase an item that was listed as available online, however upon arrival not in-store to be found. The blond guy (+cap) was useless in helping us, talking gibberish about the products and turned the conversation into himself. The second employee (a young man) was extremely helpful and kind and got us an alternative to send the item home via a different route. A broad range of products available in general and overall kind employees.

I was served by Keenan, who was friendly and helpful with finding and ordering the right wiper blades for my car.

Very kind and polite service, however some of what I went there for turned out to be unsuitable for my vehicle, which was disappointing. Also, locating the specific parking bays for these guys was not easy for someone visiting for the first time.

No staff on the floor, had one guy talking about speakers with some customer for upwards of 20 minutes as I waited to be helped until I just gave up and left.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are great and the products are extensive

I had a best customer service experience in Supercheap Auto Chatswood. Even though I was couple of minutes late still able to collect my online order 5

The staffs are very helpful for our special orders. Although the first order was delivered a bit late than the expected date given to us. However, the 2nd time we did the special order for our 2nd car was delivered fast. Amazing. Thank you guys

Store is good for all car stuff but Yao at the front was very rude and unfriendly, all other staff are very welcoming but Yao should learn some social skills

Such a great experience; person asked if I needed help (I didn't know where to look), more than happy to help, explored options to confirm what I needed, found my pre-order items and I was on my way in minutes.

Always extremely helpful staff members throughout the years I've dropped by.

Recently was helped by Tom, who was patient, knowledgeable & helped me get new wipers & some things to bring an old car back to life.

Needed wipers for my car replaced. Had no idea how to pick the rights ones but the staff were very friendly and willing to help me pick the right ones and install for me. Very good service!

Adam from the Chatswood store is the best representation of making it super, he went above and beyond when the computer wasn't able to specify what battery my 1978 Ford Mustang needed, he used his knowlegde to cross reference and verify an alternative and low and behold the battery he chose was perfect and it's working like a dream. Adam I thank you for your amazing effort towards customer service and you do your store great justice.

I came to the store will little knowledge of my car and what parts it needed and left knowing everything from what oil and oil filter it needs, what battery it takes and the colour of coolant I require. Thank you for your great help Adam and I shall return again soon for more parts as I need and I will make sure to request Adam again for his great knowledge of car parts.
