Supercheap Auto Castle Hill

My regular SuperCheap. Staff are always super friendly and willing to help. Clean store, no questions on returns, super quick “click and collect” service.

The men who served me there were three. I attended the service desk asked for help to decide on light globes suitable for my car. I agreed with his choice and he added there was a 20% on them. I paid for them and paid for installation with another lovely employee His name started with P. He was great. When I went home and looked at the docket the 20% had nor been applied so I called back in and a refund was applied. Well done everyone!

A huge range very organised and clean helpful staff no 5 stars because i was there with my husband so i only saw through the eyes of a female (one that dosent know much about cars)

I posted a comment 9 days ago about a purchase I did that I found later on a website that it was cheaper, and I couldnt believe the action this great company staff & management
1; at least they read comments and act
2; had a call from a lady called Ashley informing me that they have a price match policy very polite and pro
3; went back to Castle hill victoria av shop, been served by another wonderfull lady, and manager where they match the price without intimidation

I went here looking for items for my new vehicle. I was helped by the lovely Ash and I got everything I needed in a very short time. A great big store with great options for everyone.

The girl working here helped me out with my car oil change questions. She knew all the technical terms and was very friendly. Car still works so I assume she was right.

Great range of products, helpful staff, great with special orders, phone calls get answered quickly.

Efficient and friendly staff for click and collect order. One of the better Supercheap Auto stores.

Helpful staff and well stocked. I had my wiper blade refills done and they were done quickly and professionally.

Ashleigh made the super cheap experience much less of a head ache. The way the company handles stock, click and collect and special orders is a joke. But she managed to get what I needed through the companies political mess. I may even shop at supercheap again and not just to buy Stanley items on sale I cannot get anywhere else.

Got a filler primer here. Staff were implementing covid measures appropriately and were very helpful when I needed to find a product.

I received terrible advice about painting.
The advice given from the shop attendant was the opposite of the instructions on the spray can they sold me

Went to this store today to look for a new roof rack fitting and needed a hand, couldn’t find anyone to help, I even yelled out to see if anyone even worked in the store and nothing. Waked around the store for a good 10-15mins and was not greeted at all as there was no one around. As we left I found 3 staff members behind the counter, still not one word from any of them. To say the customer service was disgusting is an understatement.

Supercheap Castle Hill has raised the bar in auto retail.
The service staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to find the best options for the customer.

Personally I’ve had great experiences at supercheap auto unfortunately this was not one of them. 04/06/21 12: 20pm I was served by the lady manager late twentys with tattoos. She was awfully rude and not helpful whats so ever with my return. After the transaction she criticised my actions on how going about my return which i feel customer service is not about. Anyway hopefully i experience less hostility next time
