Want to give a special mention to sales assistant Luba who helped me out today with returning some incorrect parts. I was frustrated but she helped me through and organised a refund. I wish there were more like her around.

A great store with real friendly staff who are generally really knowledgeable. Prices are good, the range is good and you can arrange special orders in for niche vehicles. I leave with a smile - SCA Ashfield is great!

Spray guns and their paintings are amazing. I use their pressure washer and their spray guns and also some or their spray cans they do amazing work. Good product. Thanks the team for also price matching their products.

Speaking does help, it's a form of communication, I believe, other than that, fantastic store, glad its at Ashfield.

I've had mixed experiences at this SCA location. Most of the sales staff are pretty nice, and do their best to help answer questions.

The woman who seems to be manager, however, is a nasty piece of work! Not sure how she got promoted, but she manages the store like it's a North Korean labour camp. There's a significant problem when a manager consistently takes a stance or opinion where their only goals are to be right, or attempt to show superiority over customers. It's a pathetic way to deal with people, and sadly I'll never shop there again, despite it being my local SCA.

I wish I could say this was an isolated incident (everyone's entitled to rough days), but literally every dealing i've had with this person has made it impossible to want to walk back into this store.

The customer service in the back row middle, has told me that the led globes we sell here for $200 (Narva) are no better than the led globes you buy on ebay for $20.10 times price difference however he says it is the same thing, he definitely discouraged to buy these globes.means.
You selling $20 dollars items for $200.big shame.

Helpful staff, with one of the best presented super cheap stores I've been to. Would have given 5 stars if the touch up paint I purchased was not so pricey.

Great service and friendly staff. There is a customer car park that is accessible directly from the main street. The shop shop is also accessible for people with reduced mobility via a ramp to the main door.

They don’t price match Autobarn. I was shocked because on the website it says price beat. I recon this is false advertisement. Here is what happened, I asked a staff in the store to price match autobarn. He did a bit of computer work and asked for the manager’s approval. The lady did not approve for I don’t know what reason. I do buy a lot of stuff here but this just disappointed me.

This is a auto parts store with next to no parking, obviously if you are there you have a car but seamingly they would prefer you did not bring it with you. Check the sales before you go, normal prices are quite high.

Now I know how busy it gets during Christmas season especially boxing day but, ordered something online and for collect on the 26th. Came over after 2hrs of ordering it thinking it's probably ready even without receiving the confirmation of pick up email, but was told it wasn't ready yet, ok maybe I should have waited. But 4 days on, still no email. Had to call the call centre to ask about my order. Surely, it wouldn't take a phone call and 4 days for them to process the pick up order? Not a happy camper with the service.

They've got good products, decently priced and their staff are friendly and helpful. I've been here quite a few times and would certainly recommend.

The only negative experience so far is with the Loyalty/Gift card software SCA have. For some reason it doesn't find me using my email even though I'm registered and receive updates on it, and if I use vouchers it takes ages and several tries/scans to get it through.

They had the product I was looking for in stock which was a positive. However, the customer service was terrible! Unless you know exactly what you want to buy and want to find it in store yourself, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Nice store with most items you'll be after. Mot thr largest store but has it's own parking and stock levels seem to be good here.

Big place. Hard to find items. No staff offered to help even there were few customers. Had to ask directions 3 times. Got what I wanted at acceptable price. No real bargains for me today. (except for great clamps at $1 each) Had to ask the price as it wasnt displayed! Crazy.
