I was in Supercheap the other day where I received fantastic service. I also want to give a shout out to one of the lovely staff members who I think her name was Tamara-Lee who may have been a manager (apologies if this is incorrect.) There was an elderly female struggling with the heat and she went and gave her a complimentary cold bottle of water. It was fantastic to see her look after the customers and the elderly female was extremely grateful. You don’t see that kind of compassion very often these days.

Bought a couple of supercheap auto sca brand sc22 windscreen wipers a few days ago.not only were they only $38.70 for a pair, but they are absolutely fantastic.tremendous product for the cash.

I was driving from Sydney to Melbourne when my oil light came on. The staff were very helpful. Tamara even helped me trouble shoot, identify the issue and gave me tips on what to do in the future. Very grateful for your help, I got to Melbourne just fine, thank you so much!

Disgusting place to buy products, the people that work there have absolutely no respect for the customers, they just want the customer to get out and the prices are not supercheap they are super expensive

Went here for a Kenwood double din stereo, online it was in Stock. Go in store and question it theres 2 in stock GREAT.she put the box on the counter and puts it through. $189.99 thanks. Tap my card and pay for it then she proceeded to say "ok now I need to find you one that isn't a empty box". WHAT? I've just paid $189.99 for an empty box.
They look and look and Ive waste more of my Sunday on them looking for something that isn't there. Why didn't she check for a box that wasn't empty before she proceeded to charge me? Isn't that retail 101? Now I'm sitting here waiting for a refund when instead I could of gone to a different store and brought it.

Probably the worst retail experience I've ever had so unprofessional.

I would like to thank Tamara who helped my son Flynn today she was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond. This Albury store is very lucky to have someone like her working for them I highly recommend her and the store if you ever need any advice or anything for your car.

Just drove from Corowa to this shop in Albury because the internet says it closes at 5pm, to find a sign on the window saying we will closing at 4pm from now on!

Requires an Improvement systems audit of their Click & Collect technique, to ensure the items are effectively delivered, to lessen errors/ mis-communication.

I attended The Albury store today to get some products for my car. As soon as I entered the Store The Store Manager Ryan and staff member Rowena were their to greet me with a smile. Ryan even went and got the stuff for me. Very cheap as well. I give them 1000 stars for putting customers first. Outstanding customer service

We where welcomed as soon as we walked in and looked after professionally. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Its a corporation. Its has employees who are paid a basic wage. Now that has sunk in where do you buy your car parts.

Spoke with a fella by the name of Joshua this afternoon at around 6. I had accidentally purchased the wrong headlight, and came back in to return it. Josh was extremely helpful with the whole process and helped steer me in the right direction. Hats off to this bloke, great service all round. Thanks again mate
