Was told they had stock, got there, there was none.
Sales guy called Rohid was very rude and un helpful. No good service only takes 1 sales person to destroy reputation.

These guys are amazing made you feel important and so easy to talk to amazing place will go back there always thanks for making my shopping so easy

Waited in the heat for half hour for store to open at 8.30am today, when they opened up and I walked in I was told by staff that I cannot use cash only card as I only had cash that was given to me for christmas. I told them that's stuffed me up and walked out in frustration. Last time I looked cash was legal tender and it's not good business as super cheap in casula has missed out on a $500sale. Great business move.not.

Went in having no clue of the layout of the store or where to find certain items of need.i was assisted by two lovely ladies cianne and lily rose who were nothing but friendly and patient.excellent customer service!

My battery stopped working yesterday and after jump starting it, I went to my local Super Cheap Auto in Casula. This amazing young man tested my battery and then fitted a new one with such professionalism. If you need a battery replacement or any items for your vehicle, I would highly recommend Super Cheap Casula & Beshar who is studying to be a mechanical engineer so really knows his stuff around vehicles & is very helpful

Lee was very helpful and helped me fix my wipers and loose bolt that was causing issue. Other staffs are friendly and Very helpful as well.

Harry was a real standout in assisting me with some custom colour mixing.

The Colourspec system’s car colour code had 2 variants of colour, mine was somewhere in between.

Harry was able to help me by allowing me to modify the formula by putting a mixture of the two, which resulted in a perfect match.

Great shop, extremely friendly and helpful professional staff. Helps when the staff know what they're talking about. Will be my go to Supercheap Auto from now on!

Casula Supercheap at Crossroads was excellent. Great price on new battery plus installed for just $15, which is so reasonable. Highest recommendations. Will certainly go back again. Staff service so friendly and engaging.

I have seen other reviews where people say, "The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very well-mannered. Yes, I agree that is when they are available. Suppercheap has cut down on staff and is very hard to get any help when we need it.

1st faulty Nanocamplush dash cam unit return & refund customer service wasn’t good 20 days ago. Visited store again today for 2nd dead dash cam, customer service was excellent. Keep the good work team.

Today I had a best customer service in Supercheap Autos casula. Chloe was very helpful and very understanding. I buy alot of thing from here for last 2 years but never need to replace anything today was the first time I have to replace front wiper because of some issue but I never thought that it will be that much easy thanks again Chloe.

Very good centre for cars stuff, very reasonable prices and good quality, I have this shopping centre staff very cooperative, they will left the front counter desk to help you, they answered me what ever I asked them about car stuff, the staff are very trained and will give you good suggestions and enough time in asking something about car stuff, they have good variety of items what you need too, giving them 5 stars.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very well mannered. They were able to hold an item for me until I arrived to the store and put me on a list for items I am looking for that are no longer in stock, the experience overall could not have even better

Came in yesterday and got a battery.on the website it said it was the correct one for the car.it wasn’t.two workers there yesterday said if i brought the car to their shop they can do a battery change/installation, so i brought the car to the shop today.asked them if they could do the battery change and they said no because of covid and they “have to get in the car” which they do not need to to change a battery, as well as the guys mask was not on properly, not sure how that is covid safe.got the car sorted at battery world liverpool which took about 10 minutes, for $60 cheaper too.
