Best laid out and stocked Supercheap I think I've ever been to, staff were friendly and helpful as well. Had the correct battery for my car and tools required to change it on the shelf, swapped it myself in the carpark and they took the old one to dispose of for me.

Nice customer service, but lol staff encourage that silly members card that we lose points on after 1 month! Sorry super cheap you are not really cheap, the microfibres are hilariously priced at! At least I can use my NRMA card at Repco!

Super cheap is always good, I've always had friendly staff. Even if the parts weren't there they've told me where I could go to source them

Part purchased at Supercheap clagged out well within warranty period. Stranded on the side of the road. Had vehicle repaired and took faulty part back. They lost the part. Were difficult to deal with. Called every fortnight chasing down warranty. Once the 12 month mark hit staff said no longer their problem and I’ll have to contact the manufacturer myself. $900 in repairs plus a $280 Towtruck bill and went without a car for a week.
I’d much rather spend my money at Repco.

I have waited close to a week for a refund keep getting the run around. The managers attitude is absolutely disgusting I returned the product 5 days ago as it was wrong and keep getting told one thing and then something again. What a joke. Called head office and left a complaint and will be taking this to fair trading.

Took my son here to get his mate a gift card, let him go in and buy it himself, he didn't have any issues, he has ASD and I am trying to teach him some independence.

Best prices I can find and excellent stock. Very willing people if you need anything they will help you out.

Needed tail light globes for my son's Hilux. Staff member was very helpful as different models have different globes. He looked it up and then found it for us very quickly.

Nice and quiet on a Sunday morning but things weren't as easy to find in comparison to other stores. Layout seemed backwards and not what I am used to. But I did find what I wanted.

We ordered a part and waited for a week. Then we called them to know what was happening with the part. They told us it wasn't manufactured anymore. They could have told us that before, we just waited during one week for nothing. Very disappointed

They go alright, limited knowledge, but you are dealing with inexperienced kids. But that's how they learn, that is if they're not that arrogant kid who can't admit his wrong.

Easy parking, good service from friendly staff. Good range of products. Only down side was some SCA branded products were not available & I find these as good as the more expensive items.

Customer service was exceptional. First time I've shopped here and by far the best service I've had at any auto shop
