Went in to buy a jump starter a week or so ago. Forgot the bloke's name unfortunately, he asked if I needed help as soon as he saw me wondering to find the aisle they're in & gave me the advice on their range I was hoping for. He then did the same for the next customer. Excellent customer service from him.

Hopeless customer service. 3 staff members stood like stunned mullets behind the counter while completely ignoring the 3 or 4 customers wandering around aimlessly.

Absolutely bloody hopeless store! Never has catalogue specials in stock. Multiple times I've made the trip into town only to find there is nothing on the shelf the first day of the sale!

Brady greeted me as I walked through the front doors and came out from behind the counter to assist me. That's service. He showed me the product I'd come in for - and then offered to help me to the car with it. That's service! Go, Brady. You're an inspiration to the team. Leading by example.

Staff member Jordan was very helpful approachable thorough and friendly today while spplying bulbs to my cars breaklights thank you supercheap auto Tamworth.

A really big well stocked store. I wish I had more time, unfortunately a quick visit. Helpful staff

Looking for a small fidely part and the young fella knew what I was looking for and straight to it

Looking for a place up this way to move to I was disheartened to read that the female that works here is aggressive and rude to loyal long standing customers demanding they show her their vaccination card, when asked to show hers to them they are kicked out of the store. I am pleased this store you own is doing so well in business but treating people this way is the reason i will never go here or any other supercheap auto store. I am just grateful to have read about this behaviour before I spent money inside this store.

They call themselves non essential but yet they sell car stuff that is essential and they couldn't let me in because I wasn't fully vaccined but yet I have had one vaccine but yet they are having a go at me and spoke to me very rudely and I hate the way they spoke to me

Not happy Karen, we went in to SUPERCHEAP AUTO store, Tamworth, to buy oil etc, on arriving I noticed the car park was empty, 9.30 am, well as I walked in a nasty old lady asked me to prove that I have had 2 v shots, I looked at her and said that's my business not yours, she then demanded I showed her, my answer to that was ok you show me yours, she then told me to get out of the shop, well I've been a loyal customer and club member for 14 years, not happy I will never step foot in another super cheap store, and yes I need your help to let every one know that this shjt is happening,

Super cheap is a well kept well organised shop. There is a Huge range of items for cars, from mechanical to accessories and car care. Oils, batterys, filters breaks, car seat covers, Dash mats, stereo set ups, wipers, just to name a few

Always friendly helpful staff, today no exception, Easter sale makes what you needed a very good price

SLOW, assuming new. Assuming she doesn't know what she's doing? It took over 45mins just for mixing paint

Driving range permanently closed to make way for a retirement village. So unfortunate that the Tamworth region has lost this facility. Sad news.

Fantastic customer service as always. I'm always in at Supercheap Auto Tamworth getting different bits and pieces. I've always been greeted with a big smile by everyone, and the staff are always more than happy to help with questions. Except for walking out slightly poorer each time, it's always a good experience.

Poor staff. Pick your game up in customer relations guys. Especially the guy with bald head. The lady at counter this morning ought to lead a training workshop for them.

I had to go here 3 times in a week, once with a return/refund. Both the young lady who walked me to the right place and the young man were genuinely wanting to assist, knowledgeable and no fuss with the return. Will be back. Thank you

Little to no service.prices are superexpencive. I recommend autobarn, much cheaper and good service.
