My daughter went in to purchase some coolant for her car and was made to feel very uncomfortable, they were smirking behind her back. They clearly had seen her come in and had said something to each other about her. This is the not the 1st time this has happened to her in this store. Grow up guys!

The morale of this store is honestly shocking and has been for a long time. It's no shock why when the blonde manager with glasses (I think her name is Sara?) is too busy bad mouthing her staff within earshot of customers to actually provide them with customer service. Anyone would think she's on the books for Autobarn to drive business next door (If she is, genius move because it works). I used to love coming here but I cannot support a store that allows their manager to act this way in front of customers. I will be shopping elsewhere and recommending that anyone else I know does too. Disgusting and disappointing.

Terrible selection of seat covers.
Very unhelpful young staff, too busy chatting and laughing to even ask if I needed help even though I was the only one in the store.
Won't be coming back
West Gosford staff were more helpful.

Bad customer service. Bad products. Not helpful and neither was their head office/customer service. Don't bother.

Website said they would fit headlight bulb, drove half an hour there, was told no they couldn't do it because they are not allowed to remove parts, I asked to buy the bulb and get a spare. The next day found out I was given incorrect bulbs, they were too large for my car even after he had seen my car.waste of my time and money.

Came in with no car knowledge whatsoever. 2 beautiful women helped me and especially Sarah who even came outside to my car to guide me on where to put my coolant and oil in. Learnt a lot from the 15 minutes I was in. Thank you so much again!

Required supplies for vehicle, staff were on lunch, so person on desk could niot help at the time, however she gave me a time frame in whcih i could go back to get what i reqiured, and indeed it was right, very good service

I shopped at Supercheap Auto and received friendly, helpful service. Prices were very competitive too.

Conflicting staff information. One staff member said they sold the product we were looking for but none that were powerful enough for the job and as we were about to leave another staff member asked if he could help then showed us a model he said he owned and that it was plenty powerful enough for the job. We left with the product $155 lighter.

Went in for a battery, staff helped me find the cheapest suitable one for my car and helped diagnose a problem i was having, and even offered a discount when i couldn’t afford all the required parts

Went in to SCA with no idea how to replace my wiper blades and was offered to have them fit for a little bit extra by Chelsea who not only fit them for me but taught me how to do it and sent me home with the code off the packet so that i know what I need next time - wonderful service with a big smile. Such a pleasant experience

I got abuse from a young assistant because i couldn't find my double vax and the scan which was done in future will go next door to auto barn

Very very poor service, stood in que for over 24 minutes while the guy was on the phone yesterday, other guy fitting wiper blades, it was an absolute joke.will never, ever do business there again, went next door to Autobarn and the customer service was amazing, pick up your game Supercheap, you have brilliant competition next door.the guy said people had been saying the same thing all day and coming into Autobarn for their purchases!

My husband has become a regular customer at this Supercheap recently as Covid lockdown has put him out of work and he has been taking on projects to keep busy. I often pick up his click and collect orders and every time I call the store to let them know I am there to collect, the phone has been answered by Chelsea. She is always very cheerful on the phone, and always very helpful and prompt with bringing out orders. Working in retail myself where only click and collect is available i know that now is not an easy time to go through as a retail worker and i am very impressed with how organised this store is. Good work supercheap Erina!

Doesn't have a wide variety of stock. Resembles old kmart instead of an automotive shop. I would advise checking the website or ringing to see if they have what you need to avoid disappointment

Excellent customer service. Their manager helped me to change the indicator light without accepting any extra payment for that. Highly recommended.
