When I bought my items I was not told if I joined their club I would get a discount that was available on most of my items. Only after inquiring about the incorrect prices on my receipt was I told about the free club membership. I was not offered a apology or correction. Very disappointing first time visit a possible last.

A+ To SCA Blaxland Rd. Managed to Track down a SCA 100 ltr Pump Up Wheelbarrow at Campbelltown. The team there, kept my phone order to the side, ready for me to pick up. ASAP. SUPER. A bit of a challenge putting it together. But we got it done, (Bargain $89) over a JD. Got 2000kgs of rocks to move to landscape. Want another one. So far, So Good. Stay tuned.

Went there to buy oil for my car, the oil was on special price but ran out. Not sure if sold out or limited supply.

I like them, they are cheaper, when ever needed help, the staff was very helpful. I go there quite often.

Thursday 20/10/22.5: 07pm. Lazy staff never seen anything like this. It’s like they couldn’t care less about customers. Terrible experience. Will always avoid this store. Felt like Mathies was doing us a great favour.

Was asked by phone to return a heavy item for repairs to the shop. After going they asked me to take it to an authorised repair shop across the road that no longer did repairs. Had to call them several times and finally had to go to Ingleburn repair shop. Was not happy.

Customer service at this store has always been poor. Staff have poor levels of energy for customers and take so long to assist customers. I have gone to this store numerous times and find that it is easier to find things myself. Staff are lazy and will lie that they don't have a product if they couldn't be bothered. I called the store today and the lazy employee (Max) transfered me to parts at the back of the store because they would be "closer". The store is not a Bunnings and would have taken him less than 2 minutes to check and come back to let me know. Instead, I was on hold for 5 minutes.

I'm lost for words, if I knew how my visit to this store would be today I would of never of gone, your staff were to worried about talking to each other instead of helping customers, I was struggling to ask for help as I have social anxiety and I don't like bothing people to help me but your staff could see I needed help and was struggling but NOT ONE OF YOUR STAFF ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP, I will never visit campbelltown STA ever again, Absolutely discussing

Good and reliable but supercheap really not cheap. Best part is they give loyalty club credit redemption. Which is really good.

I have had a great experience here, Staff are great, I exchanged the wrong parts twice and they were very happy to help.

Fantastic service from Ken and the team. Came in today to do a warranty claim for my battery. Staffs have been very helpful, tested the battery and even replaced it on the spot. Top notch customer service! Ken and the team are absolute legends. Keep it up!

Has everything you need and everything you didnt know you needed for cars, bikes, motorcycles and 4wd.

Needed a new battery as mine was dead. Shannon helped me with the selecting right battery, then fitted it for me on the spot and it was raining. He was only protected from the rain by my tailgate (wagon) as the battery was in the rear. Top notch service all round.

Had to use click and collect due to Covid. Poor staff must have a thousand orders to go through to find your order. Other than waiting for a bit it was a relatively easy process.
