I have arrived at 5: 31 pm and thankfully they let me and my bicycle in to buy a product which was $4.99. I got help to find the suitable product however the girl in the cashier didn’t gave my $0.1 back since I gave her a $5 also she didn’t create an membership account for and I did it myself after I leaved the shop. I tried to write an email however I couldn’t find an email. I put in a lot of effort.even for just a $0.1.

Great servive and pricing. They found my auto part quickly and I was in and out of store in 3 minutes.

Iwaslooking to have some paint made up. The girl on the front desk said to go too the back of the store she would send a guy down so efficient. THE guy beats me there very efficient. Great job back to the front counter the girl is very pleasantand happy to help. Thats why I always say staff mean every thing.

The salesperson was friendly and professional. She took me directly to the product that I needed and explained why she recommended it. I'm sure there must have been cheaper options but I entirely trusted her.

Great range of car stuff, the staff also know lots of little tips and are really knowledgeable. I enter the store and it's like my own little wonderland oasis! With a wide range of products, it's reassuring to know if something goes wrong their warranty is sturdy and dependable!

Take your time, bring a chair and wait if you want anything that is not on the shelf. 1 meter of fuel line? AliExpress would be quicker and easier.

Sensational service. My son’s car had a dead battery on a Sunday morning. Not only did the team in the shop find a good quality battery for us at a good price, they also lent us a set of tools to go back to where the car was parked to change the battery. Rude and aggressive customer service over a simple paying for an item at the counter interaction from some dark haired lady with tats.

If you don’t like people don’t work in customer service.

Never had any problems with the bondi store until now when Robert was too annoyed to write my phone number to add my member account
Maybe he doesn’t like his job…

The range is excellent and the prices are good.

I placed online order and paid for click&collect on ApriI 15 to Bondi Junction store as other store do not have stock of this product. I received order confirmation via email, SMS and call that order is ready for collection. On this Monday, I received another SMS followed up on collection as it will only be kept another 5 days. I travelled to pick up my order this Thursday, store staff could not even find my paid order and my name in store system. I offered to provide order number as it should help the searching but I have been advised it doesn’t help her store searching. Moreover, store staff cannot even find the product I ordered and paid too!
While my order still cannot be found and I was still waiting, staff then go to serve other customerS and said she can’t leave the counter as she is the only staff serving in the store at 1pm. I told her that I need to catch train to pick up kid from Bondi Junction to Penrith as I could not miss it. She asked more time as other staff went for lunch which I have not been advised on how long I need to wait for someone to help her searching my ordered but do not know how long it will take to find a spray bottle. So I still do not receive the product which I paid and I still do not hear from the store on their order and product searching since Thursday April 28 till now April 30.
It’s unprofessional customer service, store order and stock management! This is such a waste for my time and appreciate service of Super heap Auto which I had very good experiences from other stores!

They have everything u may need for your car from fuses to special tools car seat covers and many more lines to suit a lot of diy items. You will find something interesting to buy and get great service.

I've observed this store over the past week or so and I've been extremely amazed by how knowledgeable and helpful the staff are there, from walking in the door I was greeted with a smile and I felt that they new alot about all the products they where selling there. The presentation of this store is also amazing and well looked after.

A bit disappointed. I hear Supercheap will install battery free. Yes. But not in this store bc they dont have the safety zone to do it. If you wanna check the battery you have to take it out and bring for then.

Staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful when you can find them. It was a very difficult experience.
