The staff are amazing. I had to pick up stuff for my husband. Had no idea it would be super duper heavy. The young gentleman behind the desk didn't hesitate in taking it to my car. They really are an awesome bunch of people working there.

Visited the shop last week in the morning. Unhelpful staff at that time. Not of the ''sales'' kind. Their attitude is 'if you want to buy, buy. I dont have any part in it than getting the money for the owner.
No proactive service.
May be I just met the wrong people at the wrong time

How could I thank the ladies that work here enough. My car was low on oil and I've never known how to check it. They sorted me out with oil going above and beyond I honestly can't thank them enough it's so nice having females in the store to help. Thank you thank you

Bought a few parts for my jackaroo a few weeks ago which showed up on time but found one of the ball joints arrived with a rip in the boot! Came down and was helped by Amanda and Christy who did an excellent job getting me a replacement part overnight! Amazing team with a great can do attitude! Definitely getting anything I need for the ever falling apart jackaroo from here!

This is my go to Supercheap, well stocked and good service. I had a couple of bad experiences with the service at this one previously, however, they seem to have improved and the service is good now.

Well stocked store with friendly staff who provide knowledgeable service for all things automotive.

Seems a bit squashy compared to some other Supercheap store but has good range and good parking.

Me fav place ever. Heaps of mad accessories to make you car faster like spray on tint and exhaust canons and air fresheners. Also got carbon fibre wrap for some weight reduction. Nice and cheap plus got a big carpark to do a few handbrakies afterwards.

Extremely Good customer service and very knowledgeable, Matt and Hayley an Neeha, not to mention all the smiling faces sorry cant remember all Yoursll names but You guys are great.keep up the good work and keep up the great Customer service. Needed a fuel cap at lunch time on a Sunday afternoon. Used the website to find the part, called up to make sure they had it. They set it aside for me so all I had to do was go in and pay for it. Including the time it took me to get to the store and back to my car, I was back on the road within 20 minutes

Great store, conveniently located in Queanbeyan and easy to access. Helpful staff on the floor. A good supply of auto needs. Would have given five stars if the lady serving asked if I was a member.

Staff that I have encountered have all been friendly and willing to help me when I ask, and always have a smile on their faces:)
