Supercheap Auto

Hello, I don’t know what other people’s experiences are in your stores but I’m going to share with you my experience.
I went to the Wetherill park store today twice. Both times looking for a small item and some paint. I looked for my self for the first item with no luck in the area I was shown “it used to be” and then told you must stock them anymore. The whole time I had the feeling I was interrupting his day.
I returned about an hour later for some paint but this time I approached a different person…I asked for some gold wheel paint and I think I heard the word no at least 10 times. All he could say was …. “I need a code”
Something told me to ask him about the other item I was there for earlier and he looked it up on the store computer. It showed the part but as a special order part. I knew that wasn’t correct and asked where they were normally kept.
I followed him there and there it was…. Lots of them.
So, the first guy was just plain lazy…. The second guy just as bad.
In order to get what I wanted I had to virtually insist they search the system and take me to where they are normally kept…. About 3 meters from the computer screen.
I don’t normally review businesses because I am a business owner with staff so I know how there are some keyboard warriors out there…. BUT…. This was over the top. I would want to know if my staff were so apathetic about the very job they are employed and paid to do.

I find these stories are all alike. I know what I am after and they will have it in stock.

I have always been happy shopping at Supercheap. Today especially I had a very positive experience at Supercheap Auto.the staff were friendly and extremely helpful especially Taylor who went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. I would highly recommend

I recently visited SuperCheap Wetherill Park to get my wipers changed and I received excellent service from Marial. The system initially had the wrong wipers for my car, but Marial went above and beyond to help me. He tried several other wiper models until he found the right ones for me. Marial's dedication and helpfulness were greatly appreciated and made my experience at SuperCheap a positive one. I highly recommend this store, and Marial in particular, for their outstanding customer service. 5/5 stars!

My favourite place to buy all my car essentials and you be a member you are the first to know about sales and you get vouchers like $10 from time to time. Shout out to the staff yesterday who went above and beyond to assist me putting on my new set of wheel caps with no charge, the reason why I have been a returning customer for years.

Excellent customer service from Shoey, came in for a pair of headlights and he went above and beyond in helping me out. Very grateful and satisfied with his service.

I needed a few items and had no idea and the shaiavain and the team at supercheap auto wetherill Park helped me above and beyond
Installed all the parts and even made sure and waited to see if they work properly and fitted accordingly

Terrible customer service, I've been told to wait for 5 minutes, then never approached again, after 20 minutes went to register to pay, lady who told me to wait didn't even remembered me.

Best store with high quality customer service, all teams are helpful and online service is great.

If you know what you need then a good place to go in and out.if your after some help.they never have any staff on the floor.maybe covid really impacted them. I'm not quite sure.but do your research of what product you are after then go in

Worst customer service, on 26/12/21 on Boxing Day, the employee his name is Paul he want to attack for no reason me and my wife, I will never buy anything from super cheap, i will make big report to the head office

Bit price gouged wanted a battery for my commodore but it was $399.
So I bought a battery boster for $129.
Instead and I'm a club VIP member.

Went with a friend to change his car battery
as soon as we got there the car stopped starting

asked them to help us jump start they said we cannot help you
asked them to fit the battery in our car, said its raining
barely it was raining, told em the car is parked where the rain is blocked and it was barely raining.the guy yells" TOLD YOU WE WONT FIT YOUR CAR BATTERY, THATS IT LEAVE

A little frustrating waiting extended periods of time before assistance was offered. Had what I needed so got 3 stars only.

Came in yesterday and was served by Steven and Soraya. I bought windscreen wipers from here a few weeks ago. The day before yesterday one broke and flew off during heavy rains. I was going about 60km. Had to make an emergency stop to put on a spare I had luckily and pick up the broken wiper. Plastic snapped from the inside.

I lost my receipt but they looked me up by phone number in the system. They were more than happy to replace and install the wiper for me.

Understaffed for a busy weekend. Didnt receive any customer service. Ended up just searching the part number of the battery on my phone and grabbed it off the shelf myself. Then at the checkout, did not receive warranty card provided by century, the staff claimed they havent done it in over a year, while holding a stack of warranty cards in their hands. I had recently purchased a century battery from another Supercheap auto store about 3 weeks ago and they provided me with the warranty card without me having to ask for it. So it seems supercheap auto Wetherill park is not following protocols and not giving out the warranty cards with every battery sold as per agreement with century?

At least they had the battery i needed.

It is worth joining the club for excellent deals.
The staff are helpful and give exceptional service.
