Terrible service. Told I'm second in line and will be served shortly. 15mins later I'm told the 1 in 10 guys in the store could only mix the paint and has now gone on his 30mins break.

Needed a indicator globe replaced on a 2016 corolla a young chap by the name of Connor did the job for us very helpful well knowledged, got the job done in a couple minutes very polite with a great attitude great to see Supercheap is hiring such good people, very high quality customer service

Quick online purchase, replacement battery, click and collect. I Mentioned to SCA staff that I seen the same battery a bit cheaper in another store, they price matched it. Saved $26.

Worked into supercheap bankstown needed a battery for my van teddi helped me with the battery fitted was just about to leave but stayed back fitted the battery him self and finished the sale thanks tedi

Not too long ago I had my paint mixed by Jason, the paint turned out fantastic and was an exact match, he gave me very quality customer service and I will be returning for more!

Wildam and Conor of the Bankstown Branch were very helpful, they assist as much as they can and go the extra mile to serve their customers and keep them satisfied. I left very happy and will be back at this store for any auto accessory needs. You can’t find great employees like that everywhere. A+

Got there 10 minutes before closing time.would not colour match paint for me. And no where on there site does it say they have a time to before closing you have to be there to colour match paint.wasted my time even tho I got there before closing time.

The worst service ever, customer service very bad and i waited for more then 15 min to tell me they cant put the battery on the car

Worse customer service by a worker called Ryan what a joke of a place rude un clean environment just a filthy work ethics just dnt bother even getting car wash from this place they probly go off at u for it

Love the customer service here, beyond excellence! I did my last minutes shopping here, was in a total rush on a Friday 17/06/2022. I have been served by 3 helpful blokes, different sections. I had a bag full of stuffs in and out the store within 5 minutes with a genuine advice on what products are good and what should not buy. Also bonus with great friendly cashier.

Supercheap is not always cheap. I suggest you check out Autobarn before handing over any cash here, i did and saved $51 on an identical car battery.

The young lady that worked there was always a pleasure to deal with and gave me awesome deals. Sad to see that she has moved on. As always this store looks after me and the staff is always friendly.

I had great customer experience in this store, the staff were very helpful in their suggestions, they were friendly towards their customers. Would recommend.

The staff are great and supportive. Lee is a legend, can not praise him enough. After staff assisted me with finding the correct headlight globe for a holden commodore 2011 Lee, on his way to his car to go home, decided to stay back after hours and replace the globe for me. I learnt that replacing a globe on a 2011 holden commodore in a dark car park is like pulling teeth yet Lee accomplished the task with pleasure. THANK YOU LEE!

Went back 3 times for parts missing from box. Still had parts missing after asking them to check its all there. Item was also pre used as you could see marks. Terrible place

Excellent service, very friendly staff! I have always had the best experiences in this store. The employees who are always so helpful are Dan, Breeze, and Katherine. On my last visit, these three employees were so helpful in the way they served me that I walked out with everything I needed - I didn't need to go anywhere else! These are the Most Valued Employees at Supercheap Auto! Give them all a raise!
