Supercheap Auto

I bought a Coverall car cover and after only 3 days on the vehicle it developed a 10cm hole. I called Supercheap who informed me to bring it back for a refund. When I took it in the following day, a different manager refused to give me the refund as the hole was not on a seam. This product was a total waste of $139 and the manager was quite rude. I won't be shopping at Supercheap anymore. Very disappointing service and product.

We came to look for replacement windscreen wiper blades. Jamie was super helpful, found us the right type and even installed them for us, what a legend! Thanks a lot!

Was stuck out of options off the highway, approached their store and a staff member who's name I don't recall specifically, but was very helpful

Love this store, heaps of stock, friendly knowledgeable staff. Just easy to shop here - oh and they have some great sales!

It's still better than Autobarn Ballina but not as good as it used to be When Mal, AJ and Ben all worked there.
Its creeping towards becoming Superwoke Auto with the disproportionate number of young inexperienced females that they are currently favoring to employ there.

Went there Easter Monday wanted some mores oil additive no staff on the floor no customer service what level staff they had couldn't have been more RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK OF IT COULD ONLY BE DISGUISED AS DISGUSTING

Decent shop with a fairly good range of products. I would call first though as there were quite a few products out (in towing accessories but thu may have been due to the upcoming school holidays). Needed a new battery for the car, was able to drop off the old one so that's handy. Sometimes tough to find floor staff to ask questions but the counter staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff were helpful even though they were busy at the time. Large selection of products. The gentlemen even went out the back to check the stock for us and came back with what we needed!

Great customer service from Jaimee Norman at Ballina today, fitting globes in my daughter in laws car. Went above and beyond.

Amazing service! Rebecca the service agent helped with supply and install of new wipers. The first ones were not correct so she made sure I had the right ones by installing them! This took 20mins and I am more than grateful for the help. The manager (I think) supported Rebecca to confirm they were installed correctly. Please shop here.

Did a click and collect. Staff gave me a damaged item with the incorrect lid. Staff were loud and obnoxious laughing between themselves and ignoring the customers lined up at the register.

Not very helpful when i enquired about buying a car seat cover for my back seat to match the covers for my front seats which i purchased previously from them.

Order was ready, the young lady at the counter was very helpful, happy and it was an all round good experience.

An unpleasant experience. Staff member was arrogant, ignorant and unhelpful to my straightforward inquiry. Honestly, why do certain staff members even bother to come to work if they are miserable in their job?

Fantastic store with wonderful staff. Even had a box of face masks for customers at front door. Shame coles and other local stores can't follow example set here. Well done staff.
