Worst customer service ever the gentleman at the click and collect counter is a rude lazy person the girl at the checkout isn’t any better paid for an installation for a dash mat and even that wasn’t only half done so annoyed with the whole experience. It was my first time at that branch normally go
To my local won’t be going back to either store now

This was by far a poor shopping experience. I was here to spend money on accerssories for my new car. I wanted a Dash Cam, new Seat Covers, the works. However I wandered around the store for over 15 minutes trying to find someone to help me and there were no staff to be seen. When I eventually had had enough and took a random steering wheel cover to the counter, I told the guy that this is the sort of store where you need people to help, not everyone is a car expert. He told me 3 people had called in sick today. I feel for him and the only other girl at the second register, but its really not my problem if Super Cheap Auto are happy to have zero, yes zero staff in a store the size of a warehouse to help customers. This is becoming more and more of a thing in these giant stores. Packing in so much and no staff that actually are there with product knowledge to help people like me who was prepared to spend money but needed help.

I don’t usually post reviews but have had wonderful help from Craig from Penrith store every time I’ve needed information or stuck with anything. He gives good old customer service which is very rare these days.

Click and collect was fast and hassle free. The lady that served me was very friendly and professional.

Amazing experience at Super Cheap Auto. I parked and left with new wipers fitted within the space of about 15 minutes at a fantastic price!

These folk are mostly helpful, but sometimes it is difficult to get the stuff you need, due to miss information

I have been many times over the years and highly recommend being a member. I have returned items that I buy online which end up not fitting in my 4wd setup. Customer service always happy to help. Never had a poor experience. Worth noting although some home brand products are good value some need refining. Overall dyr and I’m always happy 5/5.

Ridiculous service, stand around all day to get some advice, asked for a drum brake adjustment spanner didn't know what I was talking about. Go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service and advice on product! I have ordered online with click&collect. The process is brilliant and I received code to collect the ordered product from locker. It’s absolutely convenient.

My windscreen wipers were shredded, thanks to a mechanic telling me I needed new ones last service, they were bad from the start making screaching noise when applied. Lasted 12 months and shredded. I went to Super Cheap auto and they cost me a lot less than the crappie ones supplied by the mechanic. And they are smooth and quiet, cost me extra to have them fitted, the service was excellent starting with the girl at the counter to the guy who fitted them. Now I can see through my windscreen in this deluge we're having.

We drove into the services zone this morning and was greeted by Emily and Jack. Emily has provided exceptional customer services in getting us best deal price matching, quick and easy and make us feel she service with actual customer care. Jack has been patient installing and teaching Em how to install a battery. They both deserve a big mention and they are the staff members worth keeping and appreciation?

Everything you need to make it shine or to leave ya wishing you'd never started a service after watching an expert on YouTube tell ya 'it's so easy, give it a go'!

Terrible customer service, I asked for assistance in the paint section twice, once at the oil's service desk and once at the main counter and was told yes someone will come open it up for you. After being in the store for 25mins of waiting for help and getting none I put down the masking tape etc and just left.

Very well set out store with extremely helpful staff. Reasonable prices and a lot of choice.

What a magnificent store! Huge size, beautifully laid out, clearly defined and well signposted categories, neat and tidy, logical and plenty of room to social distance. You could get lost in this store!
Heaven on earth for the Rev head, car, caravan four wheel drive enthusiast! Like a Bunnings for cars…you just love to come here because you can get everything you want!
Everything you need for your wheels: accessories, filters and oil, hard parts as well as stuff for caravans, cleaning stuff, portable fridges you name it they’ve got it.
Become a Club member and get a discount, and if you happen to get the wrong part and have to bring something back for credit, it is much easier if you are a club member.
