Customers are left waiting for twenty minutes with no adequate staffing for service. With a total of six people, including customers, in the store, it is apparent that there is insufficient manpower. If there's a lack of staffing, what kind of establishment are you running?

I ordered a battery click and collect online spoke to a young man named Dylan provided clear instructions over the phone. When I got to the service area in the back a knowledgeable young woman was able to remove the old battery and quickly install a new battery without fuss. She was clear and explained the process. A memory saver was also used to preserve the electronic settings within the vehicle. I highly recommend using the battery fitting service, all the right tools and expertise is available at SCA North Parra.

Shopped on the weekend and crazy foot traffic due to sale, but staff were super helpful. Had to wait a bit for some advice but the staff made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The atmosphere is great and welcoming always as it is my go-to shopping store. Thanks to Sanya, Nick & Dylan for being so kind and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Indian girl at front counter was super rude and disrespectful when I was trying to return a faulty item. Acting like I was doing something wrong. Her customer service was super underwhelming. However the older gentleman who I assume was the boss overheard our conversation and took over and was able to assist me with great customer service and was super understanding.

If you ever need anything and advise make sure to speak to manager Nick and staff Joseph Always greet people and cheerful and willing to help. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work you do

Attended 22/04/23 and was served by William at spare parts in relation to a battery for my motorcycle. William went above and beyond to help me and was able to find me the perfect battery. Further to my positive experience, the lady at the front counter (did not get her name) was so nice/ helpful and seemed like she actually enjoyed her job. I would give 10 stars If I could.

This store is always welcoming and helpful. Specials are great. Advice is always honest. Products are compared for information. Can’t praise them enough.

Note of appreciation - Shane (Northmead)

I would like to pen to note of appreciation for Shane from SCA Northmead. My family was met with major vehicle accident and hence, I am very careful with the parts I used for the car.

I visited the Northmead store on the 27th November (Sunday) and Shane went above and beyond to help me with my auto requirements. He was patient, considerate and diligent during the time I spoke to him regarding my requirements for the car.

I was pleasantly surprised by his genuinity and definitely visit the store for my future auto needs.

Would have given a 5+ stars if it was available. All the best Shane and SCA Northmead.

Pretty lacklustre staff experience. Went in after they requested to go in store for refund. Drove all the way there for them to be like oh the system doesn't work like that so you can wait 3-5 business days and we can do it through email.

While on call yesterday I asked them to do it through email so I won't have to go out there and yet they said you need to bring ID for them to process. Would not recommend their customer service.

They weren't remorseful at all for their mistakes and just sent me home with no outcome ‍️

There was enough staff on duty to help me when I needed it, and new exactly where the product was. Was asked a few times if I needed help.

Went there today, in the morning and the customer services was terrible. I was trying to find out if they had something in stock and it was like talking to the three stooges.

Great customer service when your the only one there otherwise you'll be waiting awhile for someone to help you even with the basics of asking where something is, not very informative when comes to knowing about cars and or either what part your ultimately after, pretty good when selling cleaning sprays and the like!

I bought marine oil for my engine but I had no clue what oil to buy so I asked the staff and they were so kind to me and helped me fine the oil can the didn't try to upsell me, they were honest and kind. I really recommend coming here.

Fairly small store compared to others. Some bargains going such as selected oils, at time of this review.

Great range of the right parts from a knowledgeable team at a good price with fitting available for a few dollars more.
