Mcgraths Hill is the second closest store to me, but they have oen of the best shop in terms of organisation, location, staff friendliness and every now and then there will be a nice car like a Toyota Chaser parked in the lot. Everything is easy to find and their detailing section is very nice.

These guys have it all, great product selection, experienced and friendly staff, clean and organised store makes visiting here a pleasure. And fitting some products is a great service,

Has most things I want but often not the cheapest. It is generally my "go to" place

Every time I have visited the staff have been exceptionally helpful, and didn't want to stay long in the shop as I only needed a few items for my sons car. I was in and out within 3 minutes. GREAT service by all the staff.

Horrible service from the young staff here but it is a retail store after all. I did not think it was super cheap for any product there anymore. Even a cheap bucket was not cheap.

The armour all protectant was priced $3 cheaper on the shelf than what I was charged for, Realising after I had left the store I did not have the opportunity to amend the sale

The range was smaller for products than it used to be and my over all experience here was very average. It was not worth the trip out to McGraths Hill and I did not purchase the value car product cleaning bucket set I drove there for.

Visited just on closing and the staff were fantastic, I knew exactly what I wanted and they said there was one in the store but I couldn't find it. The staff looked hard for it eventually found it where someone had put it down incorrectly. The gentleman that served me went out of his way to find it.

Staff always friendly and helpful never had an issue if I've needed to return something. Plus the waste oil bin is pretty handy

Price Beat Guarantee takes over 15 minutes for manager to arrive at counter, 5 minutes for the manager to look over every bit of the product to try avoid price matching it, I could have just gone to repco around the corner in the same time. Also, they price match, not beat.

she then went out of her way to get it organised and rang me the next buisness day first thing in the morning to let me know

Always lovely staff. I ordered wrong items online for click and collect but lovely sales person rectified items and completed sale effortlessly. A+

Rang up to find a part and was told it was in stock. Went a long way out of my way to get to the store to be told the price was more than double what i was quoted and they would have to order it in. Not happy at all. Will never use this store again!

Went there to buy a dog cover for the car, and a cover for my motor bike. Found a staff member who willingly helped me to find my purchases. Found my visit pleasant, happy with service. Recommend business without reservation.
