Our family went to the Menai store today to buy my son some accessories for his new car. We were so fortunate to have met George, who was so incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on everything we needed. Such a nice guy to speak to and the best customer service I’ve had in years! Thanks George, absolute champion!

Went in seeking to purchase coolant for my Land Rover. The two guys at the counter who were there to give “Advice” as per the large sign above their desk had no idea, further, they said given it’s a European car I should put the green coolant in. They didn’t ask what year model, or whether it was diesel. They made no effort investigate and just sat behind the desk.
Luckily I didn’t take their advice and read through the different types of coolant available and ended up purchasing the red coolant - which according to the back of the label is for diesel Land Rover vehicles.
Finally, as I was walking out with the correct coolant (no thanks to the advice team), they were condesending enough to tell me “not to put it in the oil section”.

Elderly local, driver indicator playing up, had no idea, going to make booking with mechanic, someone said it could be a globe, go to Supercheap, who would have thought? Wonderful group of staff, so helpful, thankfully it was a globe and replaced there and then. Thank you, brilliant service, I apologise I dont remember your names.
Every time i come here i seem to wait ages as they serve one customer and the queue builds as some transactions take a while. Management needs to be more proactive in getting another register open when needed.

I had a car battery problem that occurred during the warranty period and I had preconceived thoughts about having issues with SCA as I have experienced at their competitors over the years.
Lewis owned the problem and went above and beyond to ensure that I had no problems with the battery warranty. He also made sure that I wasn't disadvantaged with the replacement battery as the faulty battery was no longer available.

After researching on the internet and constantly being taken to Amazon site which was annoying, I rang your store. Surprisingly a human answered the phone and when I asked about her about a product, your sales person was courteous, checked availability, helped locate the item in the store and stored the product at the cash register ready for me to pick up. Soooo effortless at such a busy and stressful time of year especially when you’re over 65 year old.

I have recently attended the Menai store on a number of occasions to purchase various products and been served by the Manager (possibly Kaylah). She was very pleasant and helpful, a true retail professional and valued employee.
I was served by Jack at the Menai NSW store. He was so nice. I called to ask if he had a part that I needed, he not only checked on his computer to see if he has stock, he physically when to the shelf and looked. Only then did I drive over to pick it up as my local store (Bankstown) didn't have stock. He kept it behind the counter for me as I explained my situation.

Items were not ready for pickup they were ordered online 2 days earlier and staff took sometime getting them from stock, as their is limited items in some of the goods it could have been snatched up by other customers and i'd have to wait until the order could be filled at a later time.
It's a bit cramped considering how big the store is but has everything you need and staff are friendly and helpful.
Need a bigger place as I told the manager about next door coming available "Have to drive to Bankstown"
Has a lot of sold items in stock. Easy to find and a great range. Only issue I had is I purchased a car scent along with items however the sales person did not put that item in the bag I paid $10 for it and didn't get it. Only realised it when I got home, 25 mins away.

Order said 5 days, which is fine - 7 days later I called for an update, was told by the girl on the phone (who didn’t sound like she wanted someone calling her) that I have a special order and I just have to wait, 4 days later I speak with the customer service team that then calls the store - store calls suppliers and finally tells me 2 weeks after my order that they supplier is out of stock - this should’ve been resolved on the original call - would give one star but did add a star because the refund was processed and sorted but only after my follow up
Every time I've been to the Menai store, the staff have consistently been polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
