Store is always clean, products in stock most of the time, if not there only a day or 2 wait. Staff always helpful

Excellent store, friendly, co-operative and interested staff who seem to know their stuff and where the items I generally require can be located with a minimum of fuss.

Good staff are hard to come-by, especially these days and if you want to retain them and encourage patronage, a "friendly" reminder to pay them commensurately, rather than "skin" them!

Good service.
Bought a car stereo. Followed instructions of staff to install. Then followed user manual to install. It did not fit into the car. This was confirmed by a senior staff member when I returned it for refund.
Wish they checked this when I bought it. Wasted 2 hours.
They were curious enough. Just frustrating with their lack of product knowledge.

Drove to supercheap gorokan to purchase a 30 amp dc to dc charger. They had one in stock but was unable to make a purchase. When i went to checkout to pay, 2 persons working were too busy to take my money. Wated at checkout for a few minutes. The ignored me and did not even look my way. I left the box on thd counter and left. They still did not acknowledge me. I will cancel my sca membership and purchase online in future.

My faith in super cheap is failing after a month of trying to get Castrol atf I had to go to Repco

Not the best experience I went in looking for a specific item couldn't see it so I asked and was told they don't have none I said how do u know u didn't look she than become rude walked me to were it was and it was a fully stocked shelf it was a little funny she apologised but the point is staff are not trained enough or just want to do as little as possible

Got what I needed but staff tapping away on their phones sending messages and others having clearly have conversations with friends while customers stand by is not a good look.

Went to buy two new wiper blades for triton $80 nt paying that repco had the same ones $40 super cheap sort your prices out.

Customer service was very good at the counter. I was served by an older lady maybe 40 something. Also got greeted on the floor within 1 minute of being in the store and another guy asked me if I needed any help not long after.

Medium size store with social distancing measures in place and screens on registers. Located out side of the main shopping complex of lakehaven and has its own access. Friendly staff with good product knowledge. Plenty of stock and variety of car accessories. Easy to navigate instore with wide isles that would allow for disabled access.

Not sure why they are called super cheap. Prices are ok but not cheap. Staff aren't hugely helpful.

The best service and customer satisfaction a person could dream of. Super cheap should lead the way in customer service and satisfaction. I'm so impressed. I know if I buy at SUPERCHEAP I will be buying with great confidence. They're the best and I've dealt with alot of shops and businesses in my lifetime.

Every time I come to this specific supercheap service is always Sub-par. Can stand around and wait for 10minutes before someone will serve you.

Not once do you get asked if you need help of any kind.

They always have what you need but good luck getting someone to help you with it.

Yet another bad experience at SCA Lakehaven. Picked up a switch that was clearly marked 13.99 and a 3.00 pack of cable ties. Get to the register and the switch comes up at $31. So I ditch the switch and just pay for the cable ties to find later they charged me $4. This doesn't happen at Autobarn.
