Wonderful staff and items set out so very easy to find. I would shop at Lithgow SuperCheap any day and would advise other to as well.

An extremely helpful lady named Jade helped me out today. I'm on holidays from QLD and after hanging up from them thinking I couldn't get a part in till after I left to head home I received a call back explaining she (Jade) had contacted suppliers and I could get the part I needed if I could order it by a certain time that day. Long story short I got the cheapest price and the quickest delivery time for what I needed after ringing around 4 different stores in lithgow. Thanks again jade ️

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Store is tidy and well stocked considering the size. Staff always helpful in ordering anything else I may need

On a road trip and found my wipers weren’t working well - called in and a very helpful and friendly young guy located the correct blades and fitted them for me all in five minutes - very impressed

The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you're looking for

Just felt as if every team member here was looking at me as if i was a thief even while paying for my items i had the team member next to Nash staring at me like i had a huge c*ck on my face.ive been numerous other times and never felt what i felt today. Very disappointing experience i think id rather purchase on ebay/amazon/sparesbox than deal with that again.

Young staff need training in good manners and civility. They need reminding that the customer is the most important thing in retail and I don't mean grovelling, just being respectful.

The manager behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. He sat on a personal phone call while myself and another guy waited for him to finish. Surly and rude - This will be the last time I will be shopping here - At least at Repco the guys are super friendly - They need to fire him and get another Manager. He also stank (take a shower mate) personal hygiene is a must

I’d like to give a big thank you to the staff at Supercheap Auto Lithgow. Their customer service is excellent. My wife and I were driving back from Bathurst to Sydney when our car’s windscreen wiper blade flew off in the rain while passing through Lithgow. The staff member who fitted a new wiper blade really knew his stuff and was very professional - we were on our way within minutes.

Thank you to the guys and girls at Lithgow supercheap from out of town needed something they dont stock the staff made it for me thank you so very much great services

Went to this shop to get a dash mat for my Mazda 2. They were pleasantly surprised when one was available and in stock. Price was a bit high I thought but just pleased to get one. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about products. Things can be ordered but there is a wait time due to covid.

Great informative staff that was so precise which as pressed for time - l was in/out within 6 mins with a bargain that happened to be 60% off too!

Very help lady at front counter not enough staff to assist all customers roamung around though.

Most Chinese import products some of not good quality stàff young but learning about different vehicles gaining experience
