I was buying 2 window wipers for my car and on the product rack says we will fit it for you. At check out, asked the guy to fit them on. He told me they can't do it because shop will close in 10 minutes. I told him it is still open so put them on. He just kept telling me we are closing in 10 m. I walked out left the wipers behind. I went home looked them up online and got the same product form Automotive superstore. So Supercheap was selling each for $25.99 and Automotive Superstore $11.99 + $ 5.95 shipping. Not so super cheap after all. So just thank you, Young cocky lazy shop stuff for saving me some money! Good Job.

Awesome Customer Service - The customer service I recently received at Rockdale was awesome, the product knowledge of the team and their installation service surpassed my expectations. If you need any spare parts and you are not sure how to install, try Supercheap auto at Rockdale.

The place has good professionals, but there is a girl and a man who need to review the way they talk to customers, especially avoid laughing in the customer's face.

Drove around all morning to three different SCA stores trying to get my battery replaced, first place sold me the wrong battery and couldn't fit it anyway, the second had no one available to fit one for several hours - and then finally Joe at Rockdale saved me. Absolute legend, very nice guy and knowledgeable enough to know I'd ended up with the wrong battery. Will go straight to Rockdale in future.

My fiancé went there to purchase a battery, the staff were very helpful with his request. Within minutes they had sourced the battery for our car plus they generously gave him a discount without him asking. We are very thankful for the kindness.

I had ordered the incorrect wiper blade for my car online, they generously fixed my wiper blades on the spot and refunded the wrong order. Massive thanks to a young Tyrone, and the fella who was running the show for helping me out.

Request for a service assistance for changing a headlight gloves straight away refuse because they are busy which is okay but for me they were not that busy, busy. Anyway only this branch refuse me first time other branches are so helpful though.

Staffs weren't friendly at all. All of them put on a grumpy faces. Did a price match but couldn't while did the same thing on other store with the same exact website, staff said need to add shipping cost so no price matchand said "but I'll give you free bucket. " I'm really aware i am eligible for a free bucket even without you saying that. In the first place if you cant do it i wouldn't go here to waste my time and just go to other shop to pay less without SHIPPING COST.live nearby but dont want to come here again. Fix your customer service skill guys.
