I had a Diagnostic Service done on my Ute to find a fault, which cost $24. The fault was found relatively quickly & I bought the part I needed to fix the fault for $17.
The service I received was second to none, I won't shop anywhere else.

Was after a trolley jack for my car.
There was a big low price ticket reading $119.99 however the small label underneath them read $129.99.
Of course I was charged the $129.99 for their mistake.
The guy tried to tell me there's another one normally there that's also 1600kg lifting height and the ticket was for that. Dude it's got the same PLU number on the low price ticket as the product.
Still bought it because I actually need it. Although I thought it was actual law if you had something marked a certain price that's what you are meant to sell it for, not charge a higher price. It's your stuff up im just a customer.

My local store had run out of stock (Quadlock adhesive dash mounts) and did consider going elsewhere but didn’t want the run around so decided to buy the Quadlock car vent mount. I’m very happy with how that mounts in my car.

Went to your raymond terrace store today. Had lots to get, but service was that bad we just left. Staff have no idea.

Fantastic I had to return an item no trouble then needed to go to another supercheap store to swap some goods. They were great that's why I keep going back to supercheap as they have always done the right thing by me.

Went there today to get floor mats for my car after getting email that they advertised after looking for 10min went to the service desk and was told that they haven't got any. " Not sold out just didn't have any. 68klm round trip for nothing not good.

Yeah great store but I can't be trusted here or in Bunnings, went in for coolant and spent $200 on other stuff I don't require. Like a fat kid in a lolly shop.

Staff are really helpful but the females have no knowledge about cars so your best bet is asking the males for some help

Will be avoiding this store like the plague. Checked online to see if they had what I wanted. Got there showed the staff the refresh web page saying they have stock only to be told the website isn't real good. No offer to find it anywhere else. I have had similar problems at this store before. Worst Super cheap I have been to.

They usually have everything I need, but there's alot of drainers that don't buy anything yet seem to stand right infront of what you need. Especially on weekends.

The stuff was helpful i didn't know that I wasn't alloud into the store so I had to order a car battery on line and I didn't know how to do on line ordering so one of the stuff members helped me with on line ordering to get me out of trouble.

Staff very helpful, I was directed to On line order and payment, website was easy to use (74 years of age) not used to this.all done with in a couple of hours. Thanks

Service was appalling! Majority of the staff didn't even notice/acknowledge that we were there. The only staff member that even spoke to us was the manager and he was
extremely inconsiderate and unhelpful! If I could give just half a star I would, definitely won't be returning to this store.
