Supercheap Auto

I could park right outside the store, the staff assisted me to find what I wanted just after I got in the door (although it wasn't hard to find), I paid, and was gone in less than 3 minutes.

The Hastings River Drive Supercheap Store is a great shop for all your Auto requirements, a great range available. The staff are very friendly helpful, this shop is always my first port of call when ever I am looking for anything Auto. Highly Recommended.

Manager of store & his staff were really really nice people. Great prices. Very professional.

Went chasing some driver bits. Assistant checked and found out of stock, and volunteered to ring the other store to check on availability. Not in stocks there, saved me needless running time.

John is absolutely amazing, came in for a part that Supercheap didn't have and he mcgyvered the situation and came up with a fix for me! And installed it! 5 star service!

Very professional and courteous. They have checked and doubled checked that item I was going to buy is indeed the suitable one. Eventually the 10 Amps fuses I needed were not in stock and they guided me as to the correct ones and where else to obtain them. This is how trust and customer loyalty is developed. A place I know I'll get the best advise regardless of whether I buy or not.

Drove 35 minutes to buy a product on special, sold out.staff member Jessica discounted the next model up which was $130 more expenses, great customer service, very much appreciated

Great store. Huge range of products for auto tragics. Could spend hrs doing some serious retail therapy for your vehicle

Friendly staff. But felt ripped off by there membership.was told if I joined. I would get $20 off my next purchase. Obviously a con. As when I returned 5 weeks later was informed. It has expired.

Shop clean and Covid Safe, staff helpful and polite, good variety of products, prices are reasonable, good parking.

Young lad with the longer hair was really well spoken, friendly and good to have a yarn too. Definitely have some solid customer service and a plethora of products. Copped some awesome Air fresheners.

Paid a small fee to have wiper blades changed and new hubcaps all fitted.

There's a couple of Supercheap autos in Port Macquarie. You could try Repco, but I find Supercheap have more products and specials. I saved 60 bucks on a battery, but it is a personal choice. Easy parking both stores
