Supercheap Auto

Went to three different car mechanic stores, couldn't get an exact answer on what type of headlights I needed and how much it would cost. I was recommended by a family member to head into Supercheap Auto, was able to resolve my issue in a few minutes! Hollyn was a great help, she knew exactly what part I needed for my car:) Thank you!

So you can use store credit to buy something in stock but not something that has to be ordered in. I thought credit was as good as cash but apparently not. Gee some places make it hard.

Very helpful staff. Good range. Not as cheap as they used to be but better quality items available now.

Supercheap Auto at Glendale isn't the best location. Parking is limited close to the shop. You also have to compete with the traffic from the shopping centre.

Just got a call from these guys to tell me that they are pocketing a deposit I had paid on an item from their store. Restocking fee my ar$e. Super common and stocked item too. (brake pads, common car). That's just a decision to steal from customers, nothing more. You won't be stealing from me anymore.

Great service. Had my brake lights changed. They accidentally broke a little bit of my tail light. Fixed and replaced for free and even replaced a blinker they noticed was on its way out for free. No body is perfect, but what is perfect is their service making sure they give best quality and fixing if they make a mistake. Will be first choice when need something for my car.

Staff aren’t on the same page, was told by two different staff members that I could book an installation and too call up the store & book. (Was also asked if I was free for installation tomorrow)

Called up too book no more than 1/2 hour later, was told on the phone that they cannot install what I was after and I was cut off when I was talking by two different staff members with poor attitudes.

Didn't have what I was after but very helpful staff member looked it up and ordered it for me.

Very clean and comprehensively laid out. Requirements easy to find in well-designed displays. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Pleasure to visit

If i could give less than 1 starvi would. Item purchased and found to be faulty took it back for refund. Was talked into exchange. Ok so 2nd one also faulty returned to Glendale store for refund. They refuse to refund saying they only refund if a major fault.pretty sure sparks flying out the back of it and it backfiring when you try to start it is a major fault as well as a health hazard. Had a phone call with someone today they refused to give their name has told me if its repairable he has to accept a repair. Guy very rude.will be calling ACCC on this one.

On Saturday we attended the Glendale store and were lucky enough to be able to get help from Hollyn. We needed to replace a broken air compressor hose and we were unable to find one suitable for our compressor. Hollyn had a wealth of ideas to assist us and we left very happy customers after the nipple was changed on our compressor to accommodate a different brand of hose which Supercheap sold. Lots of assistance from Hollyn and her customer service was above excellent.

Love Supercheap! Affordable and great choice for everything you need. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable but more out on the floor would be great. I've always had to go find someone to assist me.

Great service from Hollyn. Shes always there keen to help people. I didn't know much about what polish and that I needed and Hollyn took the time to show me options and is always friendly about doing so. She once changed my headlight bulbs which was very tricky and she was most willing to do a very annoying task. 5 stars!

Brynn and the rest of the gang were amazing. Delivered fantastic customer service, product installment and overall just very helpful and friendly, I didn't feel rushed at all, which is a 10 star considering it's hard to find that in the customer service industry these days.
