Worst service the staff weren’t interested at all. I walked out clearly not being able to find what I was looking for and no response at all. The girl at the back counter was busy talking to her friend on the phone. The guy at the front directed me to her for help what a joke

Go to Autobarn. Much friendlier and actually do what you need with out making you stand there for 15 mins to help you. Then when a blonde woman walks in all of them are busy serving her how many does it take to serve one woman. Only to be told by one of there workers standing there that everyone is busy.

Always go here when looking for specific camping gear to take in my car. More practical and reliable than many speci aslist camping stores, and cheaper

While Supercheap takes a little bit more effort to get to, as it's located away from the main CBD, you find a reasonable range of products in a well presented shop.

Um, it's a supacheap auto. Is there anymore to say? The 'security check on aisle 3', message always amuses me

Don't trust the website store stock levels. Phone to check before paying online - that is, if you're ok to wait on the phone for over 10 minutes, listening to the same jarring and very loud advertising jingle going on and on, over and over. Matt (by email) wanted me to collect the item I bought from the next- nearest store, 1.5hrs away, OR cancel my order (very poor customer service). However, Maddy - by phone, organised free freight to my local store. Thanks Maddy.

Terrible attempt at customer service. Hundreds of dollars and plenty of time down the drain due to imbecilic mistakes/lack of basic knowledge by SOME employees and not even an apology to compensate. Always triple check before purchasing consumables/anything from this store.

50% chance they will be out of Valvoline XLD 20W50 but get occasional massive savings from their club card for some reason.

It's like most large auto parts stores but the staff hear are great and don't mind helping you.
