As I have found before, they had what I wanted at a reasonable price and the staff had the product knowledge and attitude to make the purchase a pleasure.

Helpful, reliable, bricks n mortar, with plenty of stock in the usual range of needed consumables and tools.

Really bad experienced the manager don’t know the name it’s really rude to me and given wrong parts and information about part. Not good custmer service

Waste of my time, money and effort. Terrible service!

Bought break pads for my car based upon advice from Supercheap garage system. My garage on your website has the exact car make, model, year, variant yet, etc and yet the brake pads recommended were totally wrong.

When I returned the pads to Supercheap, they said there were two different types of front pads and the ones I needed would have to be ordered in, yet the website match to my car said the pads suited my car!

As my car was on the jack with wheel off and calipers removed, I had to get a taxi to return them and then a taxi to Repco who had the right pads. The great store assistant looked up the exact same info relating to my car that supercheap has and said there was only one type listed, not two.

Repco pads fitted correctly and good quality. Total taxi cost of $52!

I will not return to SuperCheap!

Loki was absolutely amazing! Helped fixed my breaking lights after driving from Sydney not knowing they were working. Sweetest person. Thanks again Loki!

Amazing service from John in a busy time - headlamp found, installed, super-friendly service and all in under 5 minutes!

Had no idea what globes I needed for my headlights, went in and seen John who sorted me out and installed them on the spot for me!

Josh was an awesome help tracking down some drink bottles that we were in need of. He went over and above and it was much appreciated. Really nice helpful nice guy and knowledgeable. Thanks heaps Josh

I understand a lot of places have different opening hours due to lingering lockdown laws, but you expect larger shops to have the correct opening hours. I sat in my car for 30 mins (from when it was supposed to open until it did) and watched over 10 cars come and go. Update your online hours.

I went in the store to buy mower oil and they would not serve me at the counter.
They would not serve me because I was not double vaccinated.
They have lost a customer due to this stupid behavior.
I would not recommend super cheap auto to anyone.

Went to supa cheap to get my headlight bulb replaced the young blonde girl and another gentleman replaced it for me thank you so much for the great service really appreciated it as I couldn’t work out how to get it out thank you again

Went to the store on a Sunday to get wiper blades and have them fitted, was told they couldn't fit them as they were understaffed, asked if we came back tomorrow and have them done. Yes were told that would be ok, rocked up next day (Monday) only to be told no they weren't fitting them today.lost a sale, right then and there. Went for a day trip to Goulburn saw a supercheap, went in couldn't be more helpful and fitted wiper blades done straight away, also bought a $200 pair of seatcovers. Supercheap Bathurst you lost that sale as well.

Need to update their open and close time no good having to leave work early only to get to supercheap bathurst at 5.10pm as the site states it closes at 5.30pm and after spending over $400 online for click and collect.

Always friendly staff here and willing to assist wherever they can. Last few visits due to COVID lock downs, unable to enter the store and had to click and collect. The service was very quick however and you just call when you arrive, they'll bring it to a table set up outside.

A big thank you to Jess & Britt from Bathurst Supercheap. These two young ladies went above & beyond when helping me change the headlight bulbs on my Holden Cruze this morning. What an amazing learning experience we all had and I even managed to remove the dust from engine.

As always, no matter what store I've visited the products have always been in stock, and priced accordingly. Staff are knowledgeable and service is top notch. AAA+

Either you get the world's most helpful staff member and nothing is to much trouble or not! The older staff members are delightful but some of the younger ones not so much. Has been like that for years. This is why they lost stars due to the unhelpful young fellow at the cash register!

Great customer service at Supercheap Auto Bathurst. Drive on down and ask the team there's lots of automotive accessories for your car, 4wd or old classic. Plenty of instore and online parts. And a reasonable amount of parking. Car park entry access is from Stockland Dr Kelso. Free review No charge.
