Supercheap Auto

Great price for what I purchased and very helpful staff. The item I purchased was quite heavy so a staff member helped me load it onto my ute.

Great for a walk through to fill in time but there's always something you find you need

I really don't have to to write anything, I don't know of any blokes not going to Supercheap

As just written in the "survey" - like all/most SCA Stores I've utilised over many years, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.

Had what I wanted but staff were disinterested in actually showing me where it was, "if we have any it's probably over there".

I have not a problem ever, of returning to Supercheap Auto Tuggerah. Amazing staff! Kind regards, Maree

Do not go here if you want to be treated like a human. The staff won't even acknowledge your existence or look you in the eye - probably because they are so embarrassed about how rubbish they are at customer service. They have a serious lack of training and care. There is almost nothing at this store that you can't get elsewhere (eg, Repco, Autobarn, local independent) so go there instead. If you're desperate, only use SCA for click and collect.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Got the quadlock item I needed. Staff quickly got it out from storage as only added to selected stores that week. Very thankful

Confusing day with phone calls to multiple sites but longer staff member sorted stock availability issue for us. Grateful

Went to this store a few weeks ago and a few days later and the way the manager speaks to the staff is appalling, head office should be reviewing this manager on his attitude towards woman I felt very uneasy in the store definitely won’t return…

Manager James is an absolute tosser! Told over the phone they had my water pump in stock, drove an hour for another team member who was so apologetic that they didn’t have my product in stock and don’t know why he would have quoted it when the pump had to be ordered in. I feel terrible for the team having to deal with such an incompetent manager.

The store has a great layout - things are easy to find.

Thanks to the team at Tuggerah store today for helping my wife with a battery problem. She felt great after the experience with staff that beyond to assist her.

Awesome staff very friendly, sometimes hard to find but good. Plenty of parking. However they should remove the sign that says they will help you fit the part. They didn't want to help me fit my new brake lines.

95% of the time I go there to pick up an oil filter or fuel filter for my car they never have them, sick of waisting my time going there will be going straight to REPCO where they always have everything in stock.

Very helpful staff. They always go out of their way to help you to the best of their abilities.

Supercrap service again not the first time at tuggerah.
Rude staff telling me that only staff can cut the 4mm tubing. When there was no staff to be seen. By the way it was the end of the roll. Get your facts right before acussing customers. Did not
check if i was vaxed or scanned in. To busy chatting going to repco where real service is

I will NEVER shop at a supercheap auto ever again especially tuggerah after being humiliated in front of staff and the public by an over zealous check out chick yelling at me for my vaccine status on Sunday.

Ordered a Click and Collect from SuperCheap Auto Tuggerah. The service I received was exceptional. Staff were polite and helpful. The entire process was fast and easy.

This is how they treat people that have medical exemptions from masks.they only offer click and collect but wont even bring it all the way to your car. Wake up to yourself management ‍️‍️‍️ very dissapointed.
