Looking for 6mm twin sheathed cable, had none, nobody asked to help or offer to look out back, staff just chatted with their friends at front counter, swearing was heard from far isle.

Friendly staff. They we extremely friendly and helpful with helping us fix our car and were very understanding of our situation considering how far we were from home (home being Melbourne Victoria). I would deffeantly recommend these guys to anyone if they ever get stuck like us.

We went there for a 20%-60% off sale but nothing was marked so we didn't buy anything, it's about 80% cheaper to buy online anyway.

Where to start? Purchased a Pioneer head unit. Asked about what else I'd need. Sold 2 wiring harnesses and reverse camera. Got to auto electrician for installation. Long story short, I was missing 2 components necessary for fitment. On installing the lot, the reverse camera is faulty and one harness wasn't for the Pioneer unit. Can cope with several trips to exchange parts. Can't excuse the manager's attitude. Will never shop here again. Repco all the way!

The aisles are not labelled and they're usually cramped. Perhaps because
it's just a small cozy store.
There's plenty of goods selection though and the pricing is competitive.
So, it isn't haf as bad.

Great service friendly staff needed a part on a Friday afternoon 10 minutes before closing Stayed open until I got there cheers not many people like that these days

Terrible customer service staff are slow and you'd think that working in an auto parts store you would need son kind of mechanical knowledge by far the worst auto parts store I've walked into the management should be ashamed of themselves and don't get me started about trying to order stuff over the phone that's a worse experience again
