Ordered and never received the parcel. Called Australia post and they also said this company has only issued a tracking number but the parcel was never delivered to Australia post. Such a dodgy company. Never order anything from them. I wish I could give zero stars instead of even one.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. 1 of the perfumes in my order is not the right perfume. Packaging & bottle are correct but perfume inside is wrong- dark in colour and smells horrible. I have called & sent numerous emails & did get 1 response that someone would be in touch shortly yet I'm still waiting. Mistakes happen & that is not the probkem here, what is the problem is the lack of customer service or willingness to resolve the issue. Order #N41962 Dispute #369. I can only hope writing this review might prompt some action from the company & also warn others to steer clear.

Wrong item was delivered. I’ve tried emailing and ringing but phone is always busy. Rang and spoke to ‘Andy’ before placing my order, he was great to deal with answered all of my questions, knew which perfume I was after yet the wrong one was sent…?
Since my delivery I’ve sent emails and tried calling at different times during the day but the line is always busy and then it hangs up.
Extremely disappointing and hoping it can be rectified once this review is seen.

Quick and easy to do a phone order and order a display product as well. Great customer service over the phone!

3 items were missing from my order. I've emailed twice with no reply. Seems like a scam

I ordered numerous disposable plates etc on line. I didn't receive all my items. I contacted them and they sent a tracking number so I waited another week but still no items delivered.
I've contacted them 4 times in total and no response and no refund of my items I did not receive.
If your willing to part with your money and not receive all that you have paid for then order with them.
I have no time for companies that rip off their customers and ignore them and do not refund their money on items that were not received.
I will never shop with them again and I would advise to others think twice before parting with your money with this company.

Garbage business who don't understand issue resolution.

I ordered 12 cans of glass cleaner (yellow can) on line. I received 12 cans of bug and tar remover (green can). I have no use for bug and tar remover.

I raised an online resolution request on the 15th of May and have not been updated since, it's now the 19th of July.

Avoid this business like the plague, take your money elsewhere.

Please contact me if you have a use for bug and tar remover and can pick up from the south side of Brisbane, I'll do you a good deal.

Do Not Buy from SuperBuys Warehouse. Item ($200) purchased on 27/4/22 and on 6/5/22 item has not been picked, packed or shipped. No updates on why and no response from SuperBuys. Honestly STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Ordered10 items and received a dispatch email saying all items were included. But when I received the parcel, not all items were there. I then got a refund of their value. Would have appreciated a call or email to tell me that the stock wasn't available as those missing items were what we really wanted.

Cancelled order with no contact made or reason after sitting on order for 2 weeks. Failed to respond to request for update. Not a digital business.

Very POOR SERVICE and RUDE STAFF. Purchased item on the 30/01/22 still waiting for item, which they tell me it has been sent. It will take 4-5 days to investigate I have sent 2 dispute emails and email. NO REPLY. I won't be shopping there again nor will I recommend this place.

I made a mistake with my order. I received a call the next day and was able to sort it out directly with no hassle at all!

Perfume is so cheap and they have a massive range! I can't believe I only found out about this store now. Great service by a lovely young lady, she was very helpful with assisting me with my selections. Definitely be back!

Sent the wrong item. Turns out they had advertised it incorrectly, then they accused me of ordering the wrong item. Didn't respond when I opened a dispute. Told me twice they had sent me a return slip. Didn't send one. Told me they had organised a return. Didn't organise. Took me 4 phone calls over about 2 weeks to organise a return. Safe to say I won't be buying from here again.

Over a month and still have not received order.
Email sent stating that it has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, but no movement (tracking history) for the past 8 days. So it seems it's not even left the premises, as the package was only going 2 hours from Blacktown.
No reply to email requests to find out what is happening.
Would proceed with caution if ordering online.
