Superb Scratch N Dent

I paid $2000 for membership when I bought my new Triton in 2022, I got a small scratch and tried schmick to get a cheap repair as I’ve already paid for it, but the repair was the wrong colour and had an orange peal affect to it and was very obvious, very visible and very large, it went from a 5cm scratch to an awful repair to around a 1/4 of the front bumper! In the end I had to pay $700 to have a panel beater respray the entire bumper as schmicks repair was unable to be fixed and I didn’t trust them to try to repair it again as there was no way they would of been able to repair it, so paying $2000 for membership was not worth a cent.

Scratch repairs were completed with a few defects. However, they were accomodating and agreed to fix the defects. Some improvements needed are punctuality to be on site, better communication with customers and ensure technicians are briefed on the scope of their works before attending site.

Requested a quote from their website there was no response. After calling came to know that you need to get membership for their service.

I had a lot of scratches on the back of my car. I have a soul red Mazda so the scratches were highly visible and because it’s a premium paint, I wanted to make sure I had the right people on the job. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Chris came early and started work straight away. He did an amazing job, the car looks like new again with the colour matching perfectly. You would never know anything was wrong with it. It was raining so he managed to do the whole thing in a small undercover spot. The whole process was quick, convenient and easy.
