Supagas

We have used supagas for several years and have been very happy with the level of service we have received from both the ladies you speak to on the phone and the delivery drivers. My gas ran out yesterday, I called yesterday and the gas has just been delivered! Nathan the delivery driver has been to us before, a very pleasant and customer focused guy.

10/10. They were able to supply me gas, cheaper than I was paying and with same day delivery, on a Friday, before a long weekend. Very friendly and accommodating customer service and delivery man was super helpful. Would recommend

Seriously ordered gas on Wednesday 21/10/22 told me Wednesday 27/10/22 be delivered this is getting beyond the joke.my neighbours just opened account with supagas and got theirs delivered Friday we are 10 meters from their door but no we couldn't get gas. Today seen supagas drive strait passed in the truck but no delivery wow hard job to call passed. Try to ring Thornton branch no one answers the phone yep done with supagas totally. Not only me having the problem either had 3 bottles so wouldnt run out but no took 3rd one away grrrrrr.

Absolutely pathetic service,
Every day is a new excuse for our delivery,
Happy to take your money quickly.
But not happy to deliver on time
2 weeks now and I have two kids having freezing cold showers because they can't be bothered!

8 times in a row our gas delivery has delayed not by days but weeks! Each time we have to call and wait 20min for them to pick up and each time they tell us they will get back but never do!
We buy 45kg cylinders every week! Would never recommend anyone.

I have been with supergas for a few years now and they have never let me down.
Yesterday I came home from work to find we had no gas left, after calling and speaking to Lyn I was told that the delivery for my area was 4 days away, but Lyn said she would see what she could do.
I came home from work the next day to see that the bottles had been delivered.
With all the rain we have had, and having a gas/solar hot water set up we would have gone without hot water for a few days!
Thank you supergas and thank you Lyn, I am so happy.

Rang super gas to organise a delivery 2 days later we had gas delivered very efficient and prompt service, Martin is also a delight to speak with.

Supergas Newcastle are terrific. Service outstanding and pricing significantly better than Elgas. Wished I had changed gas providers years ago.

I Rang Supagas to get a quote and spoke to Lyn who was super helpful, she made the transition for my previous supplier so easy and took care of everything for me including saving me lots of money. I also have to thank Martin who delivered my new gas bottles, he was very helpful, polite and friendly. I was dreading changing suppliers but Lyn and Martin were both great, thank you.

I just wanted to acknowledge one of your staff members. My mother and I are both using Supagas for our LPG gas at home now.

Debra has been really helpful in getting me used to the system. She has shared all the information I needed very quickly and clearly via email and responded the same way. When I've spoken on the phone she is lovely; she's always happy, polite and helpful.

I thought my gas bottle was empty ordered refill when the the delivery came on the day and time said by supagas the driver informed me that my 2 bottles were full and I did not require the refill

Needed to hire some heaters in a hurry, the team at Supagas were fast, efficient and great communicators. And they had thought of everything service wise. Super happy with their service

Watched an elderly lady struggle to get out of her car at Glendale today beacuse the disabled park was taken up by Supagas truck.
There where plenty of parks in the main carpark. Just lazy and inconsiderate

We took delivery of 2 x45kg bottles the other day and I was very surprised and extremely grateful to find when I got home that night that the driver had connected the new bottles for me. Excellent stuff.

Very disappointed with the driver that delived the gas at my place 35 Pine Brush Road Glen William as a truck driver the gas point was not legal a truck driver gets his license in 10 hours you have supplied me for a number of year’s and the gas point was installed by a linceded gas plumber who takes 4 years it does not make any sense
