I needed a light sent out quickly and they got it done for me. Very happy with that kind of service. I have also filmed in their studios and they have been good for that, not soundproof but you got to pay plenty more for that.

The customer service at SUNSTUDIOS is the best you’ll find, as a professional or a beginner if you’re looking into building a Canon setup.

It is not a retail experience, that would be doing it a massive injustice and just a plain understatement.

Neale, Alex and Campbell go well above and beyond to help you out and answer highly technical questions. You will not find this level of knowledge or care factor at any other major camera retailer.

In regards to pricing, no they won’t be cheapest when compared to grey-imports but they will match anyone local with comparable warranties that have Australian stock.

Simply put, if you’re buying or planning to buy, you’d be nuts not to be getting your kit from SUN.

The guys at Sun Studios are generally super nice and helpful. I would give them 5 stars as I’m sure there are nice people working there. However, Max’s attitude towards new customers in the rental department doesn’t leave a good impression, specially when producers are present during gear pick up. Bad attitudes don’t go far in such a small industry

Great space for filming and photography. Industrial modern clean vines and excellent amenities. 7 studios with lots to offer include cyc wall. We were in Studio 7 and includes a side room with fridge, kitchen area, hair and make up station, lounges and work space, and a private outdoor space - perfect. The cafe onsite has excellent coffee. The main foyer area has plenty of lounging areas. Canon Professional Services onsite as well. Onsite parking but does fill up quickly

I’ve been an interstate customer for this Sydney based company for years and their professionalism has been spot on each and every time.
