Previous job done was very good but now charging $200 callout fee before charge for the work done. This is way too expensive otherwise would hire them. Have a rethink guys. This is not the kind of work that needs a callout fee. That's for plumbers and electricians who don't know what the job will entail.

Sunshine Windows has done various jobs for me over the years at my home and an investment property. Gutter cleaning, pressure cleaning for mould and bricks and concrete.
I have always found Emilio to be a personable and professional young man who takes pride in his trade with attention to detail and clean up. Very reasonable cost considering the equipment he uses. A great facelift to properties and healthy environment.
Will add value to property if considering selling.

Emilio and his team responded promptly to my enquiry. He arrived at the agreed time, and was easy to communicate with. They did an amazing job, with a great eye for detail. Wish I'd taken photos as the transformation was significant. I was only planning on getting windows cleaned, but seeing his set up I engaged Emilio to also clean the gutters and outside of the house. The place looks amazing. Highly recommended.

Emilio was prompt, thorough and very pleasant. He went beyond the contracted gutters and windows, virtually cleaning the whole exterior of my house. He has specialist equipment that makes him very efficient.
