Disappointed- after waiting 8 weeks I was so disappointed that my picture was in a “Kmart” quality frame with a designer price tag. After discussing with them they just blamed me fir forgetting what I ordered and would not do anything other than offer 10% discount on next purchase…. I definitely will not be purchasing anything else from there.
Shocking service. Took 3 months to frame original 'Macca the Alpaca" drawings by Matt Cosgrove. Drawings were carefully stored since 2018 in a roll container to keep them from creasing. Gallery said they would flatten the drawings from being rolled, and frame. I believe they forgot about them, then rushed the framing when I followed up in December (they'd had them since October). Cheap work, ruined original drawings and $1,257 later. They may be good at framing certificates but when it comes to valuable, original, one-off artworks, forget it.
