We recently had a new in ground pool installed by Sunrise Pools and I would highly recommend them. Both the admin and construction teams were always very responsive and communicative. The pool looks amazing and is better than we ever could have hoped for!

Well.we had a pool put in in 1996, sorry for the late posting, i wasn`t into computers reviews till recently, l.i ooked at my pool and thought.how beautifull it is, 26 years later, no issues, no problems.no leaks, mainly, as good as the day it went in, so you could say my review thow late is a testiment of its long life and i`m sure in another 26 years it will be still be a work of art.you can`t go wrong.thankyou Peter

My pool needed resurfacing. They were fabulous from beginning to end.
Nothing was a bother. Kept me up to gate from day one.
If needed would use them again within a heartbeat.

Sunrise were at all times very professional, easily contacted and communicated each stage of work progress exceptionally well. The contractors in their employ were also very professional and worked efficiently throughout their time on site. We had no issues with leaving our home while they were at work and their presence made a minimal disruption to our life. The general environment was also left relatively in tact and will be easily restored. Everyone was very polite and quick to fix any problems that occurred. We would not hesitate to recommend Sunrise as the company to renovate your pool. The pool is outstanding in quality of workmanship and is all we ever wanted.

I have known Sunrise Pools company by my friend. He told me it was a very good and old company. When the Sunrise Pool team renovated my pool, I realized that my friend’s recommendation was absolutely correct! Sunrise gave us an amazing pool which was more beautiful than we ever imagined. I have known the team at Sunrise pools for several years and know how hard they work to ensure an optimal outcome for customers. A 45 year history bears testament to this. I was hoping to renovate my pool and I appreciate the honest feedback that I am better to defer this until such time the job can be done properly to achieve a result both I and Sunrise Pools can be proud of, as opposed to a quick and regrettable fix other companies may have offered.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of the hard work your team has put in. I know it was not an easy job but the result is excellent and we are very excited to start using it! We appreciate your patience with us as at times we slowed things down to ensure we were making the right decisions whilst trying to manage and coordinate other trades, but we got there in the end.

Short version of advice DO NOT USE SUNRISE POOLS
Avoid a very expensive, lengthy and unhappy outcome.
They have no idea of building code of Australia standards, nor any ability to comply. Look up all the cases in NCAT.
It is important that knowledge gets out about how bad these people are.

Hi Sunrise Team,

Again we are thrilled with the job Sunrise has done with our 10 year little pool repair. Our gorgeous pool looks brand new again.

We will shortly be in the process of having landscape designs drawn up to complete the whole backyard. We still think we have the most awesome pool in Kellyville.

I am a Sydney builder and have used sunrise pools now on three projects. What a great company to deal with from start to finish, they are very professional and all very friendly people.
I highly recommend sunrise pools and I really look forward to working with them again, see pics of the recently completed pool at Northbridge.

It was great pleasure to work with Janine, Paul and team to build our new pool and spa in Lavender Bay. The end result has been fantastic and any issues have been dealt with swiftly!

Sunrise Pools was recommended to me by an Industry friend of mine, I had a circa 70's pebblecrete pool that badly needed renovating amid a full remodel of the whole house. Janine was my first contact, a very professional and patient intermediary as the house project took longer than expected and that put the plans back for the pool completion.
It was no bother though, each stage of the project was completed in line with the specifications, with some positive recommendations from Janine in regard to waterline tile colours etc.
Likewise the handover process was seamless and I would have no hesitation in recommending Sunrise Pools to anyone for their next pool renovation.

So happy with our pool reno. It looks fantastic. Even if it took a bit longer than expected, the whole of Sunrise Pools team always communicated with us very well, and everything was done as promised. All subcontractors were managed professionally. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Pool as a serious and diligent company
