Extremely poor customer service by a person who’s name is Phillip, came in to get some advice, had extremely poor attitude and customer service.
Will definitely not be buying SAL products.

I just recently had my light switches converted to SAL Pixie. Setup was quick and easy, and it was even easier to link the pixie plus app to my google home. Every time I use voice control it works quick and perfectly. It’s easy to name each device. Just overall very good product design. I will be recommending SAL Pixie to family and customers

Have many SAL products installed throughout my home, including the Pixie range and love them. SAL pride themselves in the quality of their products and it shows. Keep up the amazing products.

After installing lights supplied by SAL Lighting and sensors failing. SAL Lighting attendant site with a sales rep and an unlicensed electrician (please see attached photo of workmanship by SAL in warranty repairs). After contacting SAL in regards to their warranty workmanship SAL insisted the I the electrical contractor had issues with my client NOT SAL… My client commenced legal action where I was being sued. I spent $$$ in legal fees for SAL to actions their responsibilities… As a electrical contractor I would recommend to be careful in using SAL…
