Even though I live in Malabar, but I sttend to Mitre 10 Bondi Junction for all my service of my Stihl FS45C by Marty, not only is he very knowledgeable of all the products, but he was was very patient, and explained to me the incorrect ways of operation, thank you. John Chow, Malabar

I bought by mistake and item bigger than what I thought, I opened it, so there was no obligation from Mitre10 Bondi to refund me. Yet they did it, which gave me the peace of mind to keep shopping online and in store.

Last Saturday I called in to buy some screws which needed to be a specific size and needed to have a little bit cut off, A very small purchase but Morris was happy to this for me, for which I was most grateful. This kind of excellent service is why I don't go to Bunnings.

Sotheary was very helpful and knowledgeable when I came to the store with my measurements for a window net. She gave me options and if I wasn't happy I could return them. It's wonderful to see someone willing to help you

Great shop for needing some tools. A bit more expensive than Bunnings, but had all the tools I was looking for. Staff was very helpful. Will definitely shop there again.

I've observed this store and one of there other stores and I have to say I'm extremely impressed on how the Sunlite chain of Mitre 10 Stores look after the presentation and Merchandising. All there staff are extremely knowledgeable with exceptional customer service skills.

I called ahead as a major hardware store didn't have what I required.
Upon my arrival the Sales person had all the items out with choices and was prepared to assist. Great Customer Service from Brendan

The staff here have a great knowledge of their products, prices are very competitive & they are extremely helpful, they obviously care about customer satisfaction ️
