Found exactly what I was looking for. Interesting is that they have a really good light globe selection for a small store. Many of the selection are not available in Bunnings, Woolworths or elsewhere.

We live in the city & the service given in York street is fantastic!

They don't stock the cheap items that are available on the website, and don't even mention they exist when specifically asked for cheap items for one time use.

Was greeted quickly by Sotheary and immediately given the stock information I needed. She knew her store well. Then I spoke with Brian and he took the time to give me tips on the small project was I was starting. Excellent service. All the tools and equipment I wanted. Great selection. Online is fine, but these folks answered all my questions and gave good suggestions. Highly recommended.

Overpriced compared to anywhere else, staff follow you around like a bad smell, staff are not mechanically inclined so are unable to help you lack of stock

Thank god there is a city hardware in Sydney city! And it's cheaper than Bunnings in a lot of things.
The service is great and I was able to get my 15 + 10 litre paint delivered because I live in the city! I'll be shopping here again!

Best service from 6 mitre 10 stores i called, would not let me go till i got what i wanted even getting me the details of where i could source the product which they didn't have in stock. 5 stars for this store!

Staff are condescending and rude and can't answer customer questions. Also way over charge and don't open the door when you left something inside.
