Have stopped in for smaller pick up orders and always been happy with the service.

Just had 3x bulka bags of blue metal delivered and the driver was great with his drop off saved me alot of manual work with his placement given challenging access.

Great opporating hours as well.

Any of the 1 star reviews appear to be from people who don't have an firm grasp of what a landscape supply business is.

There are a couple of comments about the owner coming across as argoant, I'd despute this he's the exact type of bloke you would expect and want to run a landscape supply business alot of work goes into the logistical planning on his part.

I have been using sundown for years, and they have never failed to impress us with their service. Got my soil delivered today by Andy, and he did a great job. Managed to squeeze into a tight driveway and unloaded the goods without any problems. He took great care and finish the job with a smile. Such service is hard to come by these days! Thank you

Alittle disappointing…, I asked four people for help in knowing if a tree could fit in a particular pot I wanted and all of them said sorry that team member is on break and we have nobody on who can help me. So many people here who don’t know anything about plants here? And well whether or not a tree can fit in a pot? Is this not a landscaping and nursery centre? Most of the girls at the front didn’t even seem like they wanted to be there, I greeted them with a smile and a hello and one of them looked at me as if that wasn’t a thing? And the lady who served me looked so miserable and was so unhelpful too, almost like they didn’t want to serve me and I was a nuisance to them or something. Why do they have so many people there and like 1 team member on the floor? Even that lady on the floor couldn’t help me and shes on the floor? Normally I wouldn’t go into this effort leaving a review but heck man…it’s like working at maccas and not knowing how to make a burger.

Thankyou to the gentlemen who did went out of his way to help me in carrying the large pot to my car being so heavy. I Wasn’t sure if he was the owner or someone who worked at the back. Definitely someone you should keep and acknowledge, but please find team members who are trained and want to serve people and most of all want to be there because they definitely gave off that impression they didn’t.

Delivery all way late, they said "10am" then i call them and they said " between 12h00- 1h00 pm"

Owner was rude and didn’t pay attention just because my pick up order was too small for him to pay attention for.he ignored me and kept me waiting intentionally without being apologetic or explain.
Walked away and refunded what I paid for after his insistence in in keep me waiting and refusing to answer me.

They are not honest people. When I ordered, they gave me a price. After I gave them the bank card number, they charged me almost twice.

I have been coming here for many years now, around 35 years and highly recommend this place. The staff are so friendly, helpful, give professional advice and much more. I have never used any type of mulch in my life and was given fantastic advice. I ended up choosing Leaf Mulch for my garden and now it looks fantastic. Thank you to all of the staff and the delivery guy who was also extremely helpful.

Very unprofessional and bad service. I placed an order for the Western White Gravel on the 5th December and expected delivery on the 10th December however, they called me on the same day of delivery and told me that they ran out of Western White gravel and that they don't know when they will have the new batch coming. I kept calling them every few days for the update and it has been two weeks now. My landscaping should have been done two weeks ago for Christmas but it can't be done now. Wasting of my time. Sundown, you just lost a customer.

Nice and easily accessible location. Not overly crowded, really good deals and the staff were very friendly. We will certainly go back again for more plants.

I have dealt with many landscape supply companies but, the service i received from Sundown staff was second to none. The friendly and professional staff behind the counter and in the yard was exceptional. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

I used to shop at the big shops for soil and plant stuff, don't have to anymore. Very good prices and great customer service. Very well knowledged owner giving handy tips and tricks. Will be a regular from now on.

I am NEVER going to buy from this company again. The staff were very rude and stuffed us up on delivery and made us pay for delivery twice. Buyer beware. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
