I appreciated the no fuss/just get on with the appointment experience.
Lovely receptionist, friendly and knowledgeable SND the Dr was very efficient and addressed my concerns.

Very thorough and professional with the examination. I strongly recommend him to anyone wanting skin cancers checked.

I was able to obtain an appointment right away. Very friendly staff. The Doctor I saw was thorough and courteous. Very happy with service.

I was given an appointment the same day I rang, which was fantastic. Within 4 days my BCC was surgically removed.
The Doctor and staff were very caring as they could see how nervous I was.
Very friendly front of surgery staff, the surgery was spotless.
Bit disappointed the Dr didn’t introduce himself, found that out on his door on my 2nd visit.
Overall I give them 10/10

Great staff all round, appointment booking very prompt and booking on the day was on time also - very rare in any medical practice.

Went to see Dr Gayatri Chandru at Windsor Clinic to check a lump, she didn't even palpate and asked us to visit her other clinic "Parklea Medical Centre" where she will check and then she asked the receptionist to charge full fee (we were out in a minute from the clinic). What a sham doctor! Wouldn't even give her 1 star.

I get regular check-ups on my skin. If I have any concerns at any other time, I will be attended to ASAP.

I saw doctor Kumar about a round circle on my chin he had no idea what is was & gave a over the counter eye cream.i wouldn't even give 1 star.my Gp was totally discussed.which still he trying too workout whst it is atleast he cares.not Dr kumar

Dr. Suri is amazing!
I moved over an hour away 2 years ago I and still travel to see him.

Have been coming here with my father for a number of years. We are very fortunate to have Dr Patrick Ao to look after us. Dr Ao is amazing and extremely skilled and you can ask him anything regarding procedures etc. Scarring has been minimal after procedures too and care outstanding. The clinic is safe clean and inviting. Jenny and Louise are a delight I n reception and very competent.

Great experience overall, Dr Gamani was very good and thorough. Receptionist were very kind and accommodating as well, great practice!

I was visited by Dr Kumar. The reason I chose him is that he was bulk billing and didn't require any further payment. I know realise why. My visit was booked for 10.00am but had to wait 30 minutes before he visited me. Visit lasted 2 minutes in total. I had a lot of questions but it was clear he wanted me out as soon as possible. He was very condescending every time I asked a question and made it very clear he didn't have time for me nor was happy to answer questions. The girls at the reception are very nice but Dr Kumar should should learn how to deal with customers.
