I suffered daily headaches for over 20 years and perimenopause has recently started knocking at the door.
I decided to see a local naturopath in Lismore, hoping after many years of dulling the pain with painkillers and not living a full life, maybe this avenue would help.

Massage oil amazing, the smell is luxurious and the feel is better than any oil iv ever used it doesn’t leave you feeling oily like most other oils. I have been seeing Leonie at Sundala Heath for a number of years now. I am always impressed with her attention to detail, her thorough and extensive knowledge, which she is always more than happy to share with people, and her practitioner consults, which are always tailored to the needs of the individual. One of my favourite things about Leonie is that she is always sensitive to the needs of her clients so that any change that needs to be made can be achieved gracefully and with ease.
