The guys are awesome.i gave very short notice for a big job (tint remove and retint), they still managed to squeeze some time on a super busy day to get my job done. Very friendly staff and great job.the price was very good as well.highly recommend.btw, their pets are very interesting, lol.

I choose this place because of good reviews and I was not wrong to bring my car here. Quality of work is excellent. Mr Robbie and his team explained so well before you have any confusion. My car tinted with S9 so nicely, its looks great, would recommend.

Not the first time I've been here and won't be the last. I've tinted all cars I've owned here and never been disappointed.
I only use S9 tint, and for that bit extra you pay you will notice a massive difference in summer.

Price is good and you’re getting the best ceramic film, lifetime warranty, and the service is of high standard. Pax explained everything in a thoughtful manner and I felt taken care of every step of the way.

Procedure takes 1-1.5hrs. I recommend just sticking around in their lounge with aircon, water and bring stuff to do. The library or other places are too far away.

What I wish I knew was what to do post-procedure because I had a couple things planned for the interior of my car. Ask them!

I was so pleased with the turnout on my girlfriends tints that I had to take my Wildtrak to Robbie, it looks awesome, I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I used methylated spirits on my Mazda dashboard which caused some smudging. SunCare came highly recommended by Mazda and I spoke to Robbie who asked me to come in on a Saturday morning (to accomodate me). The problem was fixed in seconds by Robbie's team and he refused to accept payment despite my insistence. Excellent and honest service. Thank you!

After contacting several window tinting service I decided to go to SunCare Rockdale because of their promt reply.

I called Robbie in the morning and made appointment for the same day in the afternoon.

He explained the different quality of window tinting and gave us a quick demo using infrared heat lamp. I chose Phantom S9 which was priced at $400 cash only deal.

After installing the film he explained about his warranty which cover not only the material but the labour as well. And any bubbling that appear will dissappear in 5 weeks after the date of instalation.

I followed their instruction to not roll down the window for up to 48 hours. Which I managed not to, at least for 3 days for the front one and almost a week for the rear windows.

I parked my car outdoor without covering daily (working place) and park indoor overnight so the tint cured quite fast. After 2 week most of the water bubbles are gone. But there were a few big bubbles that remain, which I assumed was due to dirt particle being trapped (small dot in the middle of the bubble).
Those bubbles have diameter ranging from 2-3mm which were quite noticeable.

I waited 5 weeks to contact him. He advised me to come for inspection. After inspection, he offered to make another appointment to fix the tint, but on weekdays only. He mentioned that he only has 2 people working on the weekend so he can't afford to fix it on the weekend. Afterall he is doing this just because he is a "gentleman" and refer to the warranty that a few bubbles are acceptable.

Weekdays are impossible for me as I work weekdays 9-5. The warranty does not state anything about weekdays only appointment for fixing and it was more than just “a few". In addition, I did not have to come back if they did it right the first time.

After some argument we finally agree for the following Saturday morning 7: 30am appoinment. It took me a lot of effort to claim the warranty promised.

Several weeks after the rear tints get fixed. The big bubbles gone replaced by few small bubbles on another area which I don't mind. And the part of the rear window corner hasn't really change, which I don't care because it won't effect driving visibility.

Pro:
- Prompt reply/responsive
- Great sales pitch
- Great product knowledge

Cons:
- Compromise between time and quality.
(I rather wait for later date appointment to get best result rather than fast appointment for sub standard)
- After sales service

Conclusion: I like the product, had it installed properly like the 2 front windows on first visit the service will yield 5 stars.

TLDR:
Had to visit this place 3 times to get it right, owner had a hard time listening to customer feedback and we had to argue before reaching an agreement.

Robbie and his team did an exceptional job on my new Toyota Corolla. I love my tint! You guys are awesome and come highly recommended by me. Thank you Robbie & Team.

I came down from canberra to get my new honda city ceramic coat and new window tints.
The Diamond plate paint protection is really nice and so is the phantom s9!

Only thing which I’d suggest to the future customers is LISTEN TO ROBBIE! If he says don’t touch the bubbles or down the windows, then SIMPLY DONT.
