Appointed Sun Lawyers as the lawyer of buying my first home in Dec 2019. Due to their negligence of forgetting to send Notice 22 to the Strata Company of my property, I eventually found out after 18 months (Jun 21) I purchased the property by myself. I was liable to +$400 interest & a lump sum $5k+ Strata bill. This is devastating for any home owner. They didn't reimburse any of the interest accrued due not even an apologies. Not recommended.
