My car had its first wash and interior vacuum since purchasing it. The car looks even shinier than when it left the dealer's showroom. Thanks for a great job, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Summit Car Wash at Menai.

We took my wife’s car then when we picked it up it was like new, so we booked in my car the next day - both cars perfectly clean all with polite and great service

Tried to initially charge me $150 for a wax and polish of my 4WD Ute and I said I only wanted a simple wash/vacuum. He decided to charge $70 which I though was quite pricey but didn’t argue. After returning to pick up my car the interior was the same as I had left it and the exterior was barely cleaned. I do not recommend these rip off artists to anyone. 0/10 rating from me.

Maybe a little bit pricey but did a great job, especially with the interior - looks immaculate. Would recommend.

Can’t fathom how these guys manage to stay open and operate. My experience similar to others. Asked for a simple summit wash on a sedan which includes outside wash and vac/dash clean inside to be told the outside is only a high pressure.no problem but then can’t vacuum the inside for $35 due to the amount of sand and proceeded to upsell the $65.00 clean. The condition of the car is not any different to standard and a bit of sand, would take 5mins with an industrial vacuum like any other car wash. If prices are dependent on condition and your upsell is car detailing then don’t advertise any prices and take down the “ car wash “ sign prices POA simple.
When I didn’t budge & said do what the vacuum will do he proceeded to tell me it was 1.5hr wait when they were not busy at all. They only seem to want customers that they can rip off.

I was blown away by the service. I had both our cars cleaned and even after the rain, the cars looked still looked great. I have been to other places that cause damage (swirl marks) but these guys took the time to effort to make sure the car was perfect afterwards. Highly recommended!

Worst customer service and biggest rip off! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER, plenty of other better car washes in the area.
I went in for my first experience here and no one greeted me and when a guy did it was just meh not even hello.
I asked if they had time to clean my car, just a simple SUV.
He took a look and said $150, I said huh? Is that a mistake? As I saw online for an SUV its $60.
He said well we polish the car, i said i dont want a polish just a simple clean inside and out and he said okay $120.
I was polite and said but your online website says $60? He said no look at the state of your car which was simply rude.
My car isnt even that dirty he was finding any excuse to get more money.
I said dont worry about it i'll go elsewhere and he said okay.
There was one car being cleaned i would have thought he might have at least checked the online pricing to get some business or show me where i might be wrong.
Worse customer service, will never go back there again and will be telling everyone to go elsewhere and not to bother.

Very happy with my car wash and vacuum, and was done so quickly. I got to do my shopping and received a text when my car was done. Will go back again.

Good, fast and friendly service! They missed a few small spots of vacuuming in the car but were happy to do them when shown.

I got ripped off. Beware of the staff at this place. They will overcharge you on purpose if you are not careful. I would not go back ever again.

I drive a Toyota sedan. I came in asked for a simple hand wash on the outside and a vacuum of the interior and the boot.

The staff member said it would cost $60. This seemed quite high so I asked him if he had a menu of prices. Instead of showing me a brochure he suggested that as an alternative that he3could do just the outside for $35.

I accepted the $60 price for the cleaning of the outside and inside of the car.

Later I picked up the car and paid by card. After paying I saw a brochure on the counter with different services and prices. I asked if I could take one and the guy said sure. When I looked at the menu, I could see that none of the options for my car cost $60. I asked him "Which one did I get? " Instead of answering me, he started to mumble and then said "ah I put a bit of wax on your car".

He definitely didn't put any wax on my car, and we certainly never agreed to any kind of wax service. If you look at the prices, he should have charged me $35 for the service. Even if he had done some kind of wax clean, there is no possible service that my cheap sedan would have been charged $60 for.

I didn't want to confront him as I was busy, and needed to go but it's pretty obvious that he ripped me off.
