Lots of dirt marks from the water used not cleaned off. Deep cleaning of the outside not go standard, I was still able to remove marks with my fingers.

Just picked up my car from being washed at Summit in Drummoyne and have to give them a huge wrap for their honesty. My son lost his watch a year ago and was devastated after we searched high and low. Whoever washed the car today found it and left it for me on the console. I didn’t see it until I got home but when I did I was shocked and so so so very grateful. Thank you for not only a great wash, your honesty and for making my and my sons day!

Good service, did exactly what I needed them to do. Good wash and just a vacuum and wipe down inside.

It’s a good car wash but better if they had more that two guys working most weekdays. No need to rush the wash

Like all other car washes, no attention to detail and through my own carelessness they charged me $60 while we had agreed on $50 (exterior wash)

Took my wife's 12 month old SUV in for the first time.
One lady vacuuming, one guy washing + one guy drying cars outside on the footpath in direct sunlight and wind. Dropped the chamois onto the pavement twice, picked it up and continued wiping over the paintwork.
I had to get him to remove watermarks all over the place after payment.
The offer of free spray wax after the Platinum Wash was not done‍️
Very average car wash!

Great value, speedy wash and vacuum, immaculate … and my pet peave is having to reset all the mirrors after a service, and happily not one needed adjusting.

Car exterior is a reasonable wash - plenty of marks missed which is disappointing, but unsurprising given how busy they are. The staff don’t have time for any attention to detail. It’s a passable wash but would choose to wash myself next time for a more thorough wash.

Interior was pretty disappointing - not expecting miracles but I’m pretty sure it came back worse looking. Horrible staines all over the doors and dash - again the place is too busy for any attention to detail. Much more of the dash and boot was left dirty which were meant to be included in the clean.

I’ve been here once before and they did a slightly better job then, it was quieter. As a customer though - I’m paying the same price whenever I go, so expect the same quality wash which isn’t the case. I don’t want to have to wait for the place to be quiet to get a decent wash.

Yes people should check before leaving, but when they are churning out cars as fast as they can, you’ve not exactly got much time to leisurely walk round and check the job was done properly.

Great service and cleaning inside. We got interior vacuum as the dogs made a mess of the seats. Looks brand new

Paid for a platinum service, the car overall was cleaner than when I brought it in, but the finishes were sloppy with water marks and strands of the chamois towels on the car still. Missed some spots on the car that I had to remove myself and also some spots in the interior.

Polite service but the finishing touches just are not there. Had to clean the windows when home and the wheels looked like they just looked at them and not washed them.

As with most car wash companies, their quality and attention to detail diminishes over time - this place is no different, after 4 washes, if you don’t remind them to do something it won’t happen - looking for somewhere new, any suggestions?

Excellent service. Just returned from a 1 months road tour to and around Tasmania with our car. We took our dog along every day and drove on gravel if needed. Roof open many times. A lot of dirt collected. We went for a small detailing, as suggested, waited in their nice lobby (free coffee, tea, water - good to get some work done if you need). Could not trust our eyes how clean the car got after the short wait (45 min?). Fair to charge AUD 100 for such a great job. Happy to return if needed again.
