Friendly staff do an amazing job to bring out the limousine in your car. Well, poetic licence just a little. But truly they do an amazing job on your car for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Summit.

Do not take you car to summit car wash and detailing centre.
Your car won't be clean and will come back damaged.
I asked for the top of the range detailing job with all the extras.
When I finally got my car back my window tint was damaged and the paint on my drivers door was damaged.
Their customer service is poor, no calls to say the car isn't finished, no call backs when told the manager who happens to live in the Hunter Valley would call me.
I was told 2 days, this took 5 days and still after 5 days of cleaning I still found a pen, a wheel nut, a nerf gun bullet (I don't even own a nerf gun‍️.
Poor service poor communication, do not take your pride and joy to summit car wash.
The neighbours kids will do a better job.

Full detailed my car that we are using for our wedding and did a awesome job after the job was done the guy in charge went through what they did which was great

Had internal and exterior detailing done for $350. The job in itself was fairly good.problem for me is that i picked the car up at 5pm and it had only just been done and the interior was all wet - had to drive home with a yellow thing to stop my clothes from getting wet. My bag was stained with a brownish colour from whatever cleaning products being soaked in the floor. Was told that when I get home i will need to air out the whole car. Normally would have work at night so that could have been a big problem. Just expected it to be dry before picking up. Additionally, as i was coming home my speedo stopped working and got NRMA out. Because they cleaned the engine, the water got in the sensor and wouldn't work until completely dry. Given this is a professional business, they probably should have covered the sensor before spraying water and chemicals on it. Overall, a great job with the actual detailing but wouldn't go back purely due to the experience.

Haven’t used them never will, seen many photos of damaged vehicles from unprofessional rushed cash grab jobs, not recommended

BEWARE this Carwash scratched and damaged my car. Then have refused to accept liability even though I noticed the damage straight away. My car is 3 months old and they tried to tell me it was from wear and tear. It was clearly not as the damage was quite noticeable and was definitely not there when I dropped the car off.

We waited 3 hours for our car. After not actually receiving a text message to say it was done we decided to walk back only to discover they hadn’t stated yet. We just drove home.

Went in this morning to the summit car wash at settlement city Port Macquarie to get my ute fully detailed. The manager said he could only do a quick in and out job for 200 and he would need it for 4 hours. Came back 4.5 hours later and the Ute hadn't even moved. They had my number aswell and could of updated me but nothing. Not good enough guys.

Needed my car washed but didn’t feel like doing it myself so I got it washed while I did grocery shopping. It’s sparkling and for $29 bargain.

These guys are amazing. I was in Port Macquarie for work and needed a car wash that would fit me in. These guys were busy but they managed to get me in and do a great job of it. I'm definitely going to be back to this place when I'm back in town
