Summit Hand Car Wash & Detailing Centre

Paid for a platinum car wash. Had to take the car back again after a poor job. Only a normal wash was done inside out. Some areas were not even wiped properly. Not happy with the service offered for $65.

Never will I go back! I am beyond pissed! My car was scratched, and no it was not like that when I dropped it off… I have no idea what the hell they did. Only saw it when I got home. If I could give no stars I would!

Paid $55 and my car looks exactly the same. Still cobwebs on the outside mirrors, fingers prints on the window, and dust on the dashboard and steering wheel. Would’ve saved my money and done it myself if i knew this would’ve been the outcome

The Summit detainees are miracle workers. My car was an epic mess and now it looks almost brand new. Worth every dollar!

Awesome friendly guys always do an amazing car wash, clean, polish. Fast but very efficient and friendly staff. I can’t fault them.

Don’t waste you money, paid almost $200 years interior of car is all wet, they definitely didn’t vacuum. Just covered the car in wax and called it a day, don’t bother wasting your time or money on the company

Waited for the car to get detailed for over 3 hours when I got the car back still had tissues and rubbish between the seats and wasn’t vacuumed very thoroughly overall disappointed

Reception was very friendly. The job was done in a very professional manner and was completed on time.

I got a mini detail with a hand wax for $125. I have never paid for a detail on my car before, always doing it myself.
Thought it was great until I got home and found a huge spot that had been missed not only in the waxing but in the washing too. I wish I could add a image. Smack dab on the tailgate. Stands out like the preverbal Not happy.

Go here all the time but the last 2 times have annoyed me. 1st time they didn’t clean the whole inside. (I get the $55 wash and clean inside) Had missed the dash and the middle console and today for some reason they had scrubbed and steamed the backseat carpet which has damaged the carpet, as I was paying for the wash they didn’t realise my daughters were in the car and when I came back my daughter said a man had opened the boot. They had wrapped the carpet they damaged and put it in the boot.
I went and opened the boot show the carpet. Then I had approached him they didn’t know anything. I opened the carpet and show the damage. They said oh we done extra for you and cleaned it so you don’t have too. I done you a favour and cleaned it which cost extra, I done it for free for you. Frustrated I had an argument and asked why they steamed and scrubbed when I advised to just vacuum only. So frustrating. Carpet is damaged. Trying to put he blame on me.

Have used this car wash many times and today will be the last. I dropped my brand new Ford Ranger there this morning and came back to put some of my shopping in my ute. I went to see one of the guys so they could unlock my ute, He said it’s unlocked, i said how is that possible? He then proceeded to get me keys which were left on the bonnet of my ute which really shocked me as anyone could of driven off without knowing.if this was to happen are they insured to cover the cost of a stolen vehicle.
Never will i use this place again.

I have used this company multiple times and normally get the $55 sedan premium wash. Today the ‘manager’ refused to do it for $55 said ‘it’s too dirty’ and said he can only do it for $75. On the board it is advertised as $55 provided it is not heavily soiled, pet hair, bugs’ which none of the above was in/on my car. The ‘manager’ was so rude and disrespectful and refused to do what is advertised! Never again will I use this company or recommend this company. I will only tell people to avoid it. The way the 3 men spoke to my sister and I was disgusting.

Wanted to charge more for “how dirty wheels where” on return had to clean it myself. Advised they would clean inside wasn’t done…
